upgraded from the 14 pro max love this phone and the color! Pre ordered and it was smooth process with the best buy and verizon professionals

The phone is great, but even though i paid in full for it, I can not add a second esim because Verizon has it locked to only their esim. So now i can't use my phone at work, where i have no Verizon signal. I never had this problem with Apple phones from the Apple store. I would not buy an apple phone from Best Buy again.

Battery life is phenomenal on this device. The new Siri AI on iOS27 makes everyday tasks work more seamlessly than ever. I feel like this is the Apple Intelligence that Apple wanted to release originally. There are still a few bugs here and there, but far better than iOS26. Camera is insane. I will note that the phone is very noticeably heavier than the 17 pro max, so keep that in mind.

I've been really happy with my iPhone 18 Pro Max so far. The phone feels extremely fast and smooth, the display looks amazing, and the battery life has been great. I also love the camera quality and the overall premium feel of the phone. Coming from the 15, I notice a lot of improvements in performance and responsiveness. Overall, Its a great phone and I recommend this.

I love the Dynamic Island and the camera the battery last longer too

Great camera and battery last all day now and i like a lot the new colors!

Camera is super and the color is sleek. Has all the best qualities you need for editing and take pictures. Very satisfied.

Burgundy iphone 18 pro max is Very good product and easy to use

Love the camera and pixelization. The burgundy color is also classy - only Apple would think of that RGB combination. Truly happy with the Iphone18 ProMax. Love Best Buy’s promo for the trade-in which maximized the value of my old phone!

Had for almost month now I love it very fast I always get the pro max edition of iphones because of the bigger screen and more power price tag is little high but worth every penny I recommend buying a very nice case with it and camera protections

We GOT our Phones Same DAY which is Impossible if you go to VERIZON, PLUS we Got Financing Through VERIZON as Well.. we only paid the tax, and We were on our way,, REPS HERE ARE AWESOME ! THANKS BEST BUY

So far all is good. Only have had phone for a few weeks so can’t comment further.
