I really like it. If it wasn't for the fact that you can comfortably only put two cards in it, I would have given it five stars. I have two credit cards, my ID, and a health insurance card, which is half the thickness of the ID. In order for it to work, I put a small piece of clear tape on one of my cards to be able to pull it up. The slot in the back does not help because with those cards, it's too tight. However, it's a great minimalist wallet.

Besides all the noise about the new material… I like it! Good magnet grip even in the silicon case.

I've lightly used it for almost a year, and the rubber strip on the edge of my MagSafe wallet has come off. Apple's “environmentally friendly” materials are making their products less durable now.

Quality is poor. After a couple days it looked like I had had it for months. The magnet isn’t as good as my old one either. Falls off the phone constantly and sometimes it won’t pair with my phone either.

The magnets could be a bit stronger. I found it slipping off easily without a case or when my friends wanted to try it on their cases. Luckily the case i use holds the wallet perfectly. Some people complain about it only being able to hold 3 cards; i find it perfect as it is meant to be thin and I only carry my most important cards when using it (ID, Credit, Debit). The price point is a little on the high side but worth since it has find my to detect the last spot the wallet was attached to the device.

Magnet is secure and case holds up well. However it does not hold many cards for its price.

The wallet works well with phone and silicone case. The darker color hides dirt better. I miss the leather cases. Please bring them back!

All the bad press over Fine Woven. I get it: it’s not the beloved leather like the OG. But it’s a fine wallet nonetheless. I’d give the leather 5 stars and am doing the same for Fine Woven. They’re different materials but do the same thing equally well while each offers something different in terms of texture, hand feel, and how they reflect light. “Same but different” is a popular phrase to borrow. I have a few leathers and added a couple fine wovens. Support your American trillion dollar companies.

Too stiff, hard to get cards in and out, even with only 2 cards in it, and is actually peeling back the protective coating on one of my charge cards. I'm taking it off of my phone. $60 wasted.

This is made of very nice material. It works as described and holds well to the back of my phone. No complaints.

MagSafe magnet is very strong. The material is also very durable.

Looks and feels well made product. Sticks very well to silicone case. Cards fit nice and snug. Find my kicks in quickly once detached. Worth the price to me.

Coming from someone who owns multiple leather versions of this wallet, I get it: we want leather back. But this is a 5-star product from Apple in its own right. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The material is nice, and I enjoy the unique properties of Fine Woven to switch it up from leather. As for those photos of beaten up wallets: it comes down to how you handle and treat them, just like with anything else you own. I usualy don’t write reviews, but for those who count on reviews when making purchase decisions, I thought you need some balanced perspective. Hope this helps.

The old apple were better and my lasted 5 years!!!!! This one is not the same and rhe reason for this is the magnet. It does NOT hold like the 5 year old one did.

This is a good product, I do like the fact that I can use find my iPhone with it. But the magnet just didn’t feel secure. And I couldn’t fit a whole lot of cards maybe 3. So meh
