I am having a hard time opening it with my thumbprint !!! It is really difficult!!! I wish I hadn't bought it!!!

We are not sure if it was really a 2020 model. It did not fit the sim card needed so we returned it.

No scratches, looked like new and works perfect! also was easy to connect with my provider. Had no issues.

It's solely used for TRUEPLAY to calibrate my SONOS Sound system. It works well for its intended purposes. Display & microphones are clear. :) I'm actually an Android user!
