It was a great choice buying this pre owned MacBook air, I actually used it for my State board exam, did not give me any issues, couple of ding scratches is given knowing that this is a pre owned MacBook. I am very happy and satisfied I am happy and satisfied with my decision to buy this MacBook Air. I like it also that it’s very light and handy. I have iMac already but i want something that i can carry with me all the time to study.

Luckily for me I received my MacBook Air with one or two light scratches on the top beside the apple logo, other than that it is decent. It is a fast laptop once you get everything loaded on there, I received it on March 9th, 2023 and I will update my review on April 9th, 2023.

I originally bought an Acer Chromebook for college, and it is SO slow. I have an iPhone and AirPods and I love my Apple products so I really wanted to get a MacBook, but I mostly needed a new laptop with some speed. I purchased this and I’m in love! It’s fast and does everything I need it to do plus more! I love how it’s just like my phone and has my Apple Music, my messages, pictures, and can FaceTime. Overall best purchase ever! Can’t beat the price!

This laptop was Light weight, convienient and afordable.

I was not expecting it to be In as great of condition as it was !! It is most definitely the best and cheapest start up MacBook! It works so good for everything I needed it for !

My daughter is studying 3D modeling and Mac’s are required. She’s had this refurbished Macbook about 2.5 years and it has carried her through her senior year without issues. This was a great deal.

I was weary about getting the smaller 11” MacBook, but this thing is great. Fast. Clean for being Pre-Owned.

In love, came with a few scratches but nothing noticeable. Everything works great and loads very fast. Would definitely recommend.

You get what you paid for, PRE-OWNED macbook. The software and the computer work great but it’s just the cosmetic damages to the computer that bothers me. I got a few dents on the top, a small scratch on the screen, and dents all around the edges. If you put a protective case then you won’t see it but it just truly bothered me. The worst part was that the charger they sent me with the computer was from a third party company and it didn’t even work. Went to a Best Buy store and they only offered me a discount on an OPEN BOX charger and costumer service only offered me a $25 gift certificate for a new one.

Actually a great purchase. I haven't had any issues with it since purchase. The only downfall is the battery life but considering the price it was a great deal

This macbook was outdated when tbestbuy sold it to me. Not once have i been able to update a single app. Including the operating system. To download an app that isnt stock i have had to seach for previous editions. Why bestbuy would sell a completely outdated and obsolete system is beyond me. Thanks alot best buy.

I love it ! I’ve been wanting a macbook since forever and finally got the chance to get one. It works well and I haven’t had any problems. It came with a few dings but thats nothing a cover can’t fix ! The battery is running well and overall this macbook is wonderful.

Product came as described and works great for our needs

This was suppose to be a big purchase for my daughters birthday and Christmas. It came in bubble wrap in a box and looked like someone threw it out the back of a truck. Never even tried to turn it on. I have been trying for days now to let Best Buy make up for this mistake, no luck. The fact that refurbished is defined on this site as, “Like new state”, is ridiculous.

Worked great for the first day. Went home to visit family for only 2 days and came back to to a WiFi signal with a slash through it. Will not connect to WiFi no matter what I do. Returning asap

Happy with the computer itself. My last MacBook the keyboard stopped working and for what I use it for, a refurbished MacBook seemed to be a good way to go. The laptop is great, works fast and holds a good charge. I am just surprised the charger is not an apple charger and that’s why I’m giving 4 stars.

Pretty good small little computer. Everything works as it should. Came with charger. I love it. Only thing I’d have to “complain” about is, is the screen is rather loose and almost falls on its own.
