I'm not completely new to Macs, but this is the first time I've fully changed over from windows to Mac. So far I'm beyond impressed. The process to transfer files has been so incredibly easy. I've wirelessly transferred everything I need. Set up for all my other applications couldn't have been smoother. The machine itself is lightweight responsive, and extremely fast. I'm very impressed with my new addition here.

This is a must for anyone that needs the usability of a Mac but that is portable. I have a more powerful desktop Mac for video and multi-media apps, but lacked the ability to do more simple tasks on the go (without using my work MacBook). This was the perfect (and affordable) solution. The solid state drive gives it the same speed of my MacBookPro for most applications. I have been impressed on how it still runs my Adobe Creative Suite and FCP.

256 is safer than 128 since some memory is used for set up. Kind of upset that $100 dollars off happened a couple weeks later. Also Apple was selling it for $100 cheaper than what we bought it for plus wireless beats give away. The computer is amazing.

This is my 5th macbook air. At this time, I cannot see any better and reliable computer in the market. I love mine and I do recommend do everyone. My macbook air runs all day long, everyday and no problems.

We happened to be at the BB store when the Apple rep was there - he was great and recommended the model with the additional memory. My son is thrilled and had no trouble setting it all up.

This is my first Apple computer. I choose this model because it’s great price and features. I am now able to start a work from my iPad or iPhone at home and finish it from my MacBook later in the day. Finally I can browse all of my photos from any device at any moment. My new MacBook makes my life easier and more productive. Will continue to buy MacBooks forever. I’m in love with my MacBook!

This is my first Mac laptop and I am very happy and satisfied I made the change from PC to Mac. Very user friendly and almost no learning curve initially.

If you are also tired of formatting your laptop, can’t stop pop ups and can’t really trust it to make purchases here’s another Apple product to prove it’s quality. Really happy with it.

Been putting it off but couldn't any longer. Love the fact I enter info into my phone and it shows up in my laptop.

I narrowed my mobile laptop choices down to the 13" Air and 12" Macbook. Even though the Macbook has a great screen, that is what makes it the inferior choice. The screen is what drains battery life faster than the Air. You aren't going to do heavy duty video or photography editing in either machine, so having a great screen isn't a priority. The Air has a good enough screen, better than most competitors and it's larger. And even if you wanted to do some photo or video editing, the Air wins in that aspect as well because it's got a more powerful processor. If you need a very light, mobile laptop with long battery life, and power then the Air is the best choice.

Great product! I recently purchased the 2017, 13 inch MacBook Air, with the 1.8 GHz Intel Core i5 Processor, 8GB RAM (1600 MHz DDR3) and 256Gb Storage... No regrets thus far! The Graphics, battery life, speed & storage capacity (256GB) are just right for this MacBook Air. It's not too big, not too small, just right. I've been impressed with the graphics (with the few games I have on it), and the price was great for this Mac. Overall performance has not disappointed me yet, even with all the programs I've loaded and trying to slow it down by opening multiple Apps at once. The battery life has been great so far, even with multiple applications open at once and music playing for a while. A 2 hour movie barely phased the battery, roughly 12% drain and I had already been using it 30-45 minutes prior to playing the movie. I could have upgraded to the newest model with the slightly faster processor, but I've been more than happy with this one. I'd highly recommend this model for anyone wanting / needing to step up into the world of MacBook Air computers.

Bought this MacBook Air mainly for trips. Had a MacBook Pro 2012 running perfectly but it was too heavy to carry around and on flights. Have a iMac 27 at home and everything is stored in iCloud so no need for a big SSD. Pros: Light, Fast, durable, battery, USB3 and SD ports. Cons: Screen doesn't look as crisp as the Retina display.

This is my first Mac laptop purchase, although I’ve had an iPhone and iPad for years. My old PC didn’t have enough memory to support some of the programs I use in school, and so I decided that when I got my new one I would finally take the plunge on Mac, especially when it went on sale for about $250 less than I originally planned on spending. I got the Air because the speed and storage space were plenty for school, and I definitely need USB port accessibility. After using it for a week, this is easily my favorite laptop I’ve owned. Like all my other apple products, the MacBook Air is so simple to use. It took no time to learn the basic program differences When I was so accustomed to Windows OS. The screen quality and brightness are great, it’s slim and lightweight, runs fast, and works fine with all my wireless devices. It streams Netflix perfectly and the picture is awesome. I love the back-lit keyboard as well. Definitely a great laptop for a college student, or for home use.
