So glade I traded in my 2015 MacBook Pro for this laptop. I been an Apple fan and all I ever owned were MacBook Pro's. Till I switched over. LOVE the grey color, it's very light to carry compared to the MacBook Pro, love the finger ID code to unlock everything/passwords, it's newly updated and very easy to navigate/use per the 2015 Pro that I had. The newer laptops work the same as an 8/8+ apple iPhone. I just REALLY like how updated everything is. The 2015 year was very old school and very hard to use anything.. I was completely clueless, highly recommend!!! Best Tip: If you have any electronics to trade it rather if it’s non Apple or Apple products, I suggest doing so. It will help bring the cost down. Love Love Love my MacBook Air. So glad I made the decision to get it over a MacBook Pro. It’s perfect for my needs and the price was fantastic. A Pro would have been too much more computer than I needed and a bigger expense. Also I bought an open-box model and have had absolutely no issues with it. Set-up is easy and fast. I use it all the time to work from home; handle email and make Zoom Meetings. This model has the larger keyboard and mousepad.

The Space Gray finish is stylish, but the laptop runs hot pretty often. Touch ID's convenient. However, with just 256GB, I found myself running out of space faster than expected. Consider if you need more storage and keep in mind the historical average lifespan of Apple’s Macbook Airs.

Lightweight, holds a charge, quick close and open, and fast processor. Also, love the fingerprint ID to unlock instead of password (however, you can still type in password or have guests). Those upgrading from previous models will want to know that the Thunderbolt C adaptor means no SD card slot, no USB, HDMI, etc. You must buy a seperate adapter/dongle to add those periphery items. And you can't use an old MacBook charger on the new one. However, that should not be a deterrent, as I assume all newer Apple laptops are moving to that interface.

Purchased in store, the employee was a great help with finding the right product for me and helping me apply for the store card. The laptop works great and as of now, 2023, I am still loving it.

I upgraded from a 2015 MacBook Air and found this 2019 MacBook Air to be faster, lighter, thinner, and smaller, with the same screen size and much better resolution. I like the butterfly keyboard - it feels solid and is much thinner than previous keyboard. Some negatives: 1) the touch ID doesn't always work. Apple should carry over Face ID from iPhone instead. 2) It is still quick expensive, and the more affordable option only provides 128GB of storage, which is very inadequate.

I'm a software engineer, just switched from 2015 macbook pro. I didn't choose new macbook pro because I really can't convince myself paying $1k+ for a laptop even without a physical 'esc' key. This macbook air has all the classic physical keys on the keyboard, got rid of the useless touch bar, and have a handy poower button integrated with touch id. Not to mention it is much cooler than a macbook pro under normal usage. That's exactly what I need! I've been using it for a whole day, it can definitely last for over 7 hours, never felt the annoying heat from the aluminum palm rest, 5 stars!

Gave this to an incoming freshman. Beautiful screen, runs quickly enough to get through normal day to day tasks. Battery life is great and the weight and size make it very portable and easy to carry in your backpack.

This is my first time owning a MacBook and I am really loving it! I have had an iPhone and knew I liked the Apple functionality but wasn't sure about moving to a MacBook for a laptop. My boyfriend has a MacBook and he convinced me that I would also really like it so I went for it. The MacBook Air 13.3" laptop design is sleek and stylish, love the color I went with (gold)! I have always worked on windows so it has been a little bit of a learning curve but now that I have been using it for a few weeks I am absolutely loving it! The keyboard is really comfortable and the laptop is light / easy to carry in an over the shoulder bag for traveling. The performance is good for me thus far (including having several tabs open while I am working which is important to me). I am happy with my purchase and the value for the price paid. I was really happy with BestBuy (service upon purchase and communication after I ordered it etc.). I went with BestBuy due to the best price and value add which was a one year subscription of anti-virus security...included with the laptop at no additional cost.

I love this computer! It’s my first apple computer (last one was a Lenovo that died after 4 years) and it’s miles better. First the size is great, super slim and lightweight. It’s amazing at multi tasking and I can have multiple tabs/programs open at once and it still runs smoothly. Battery life is pretty good too when multiple things are open! Also the screen quality is great! Videos/pictures have amazing quality, much better than the Lenovo computer I had. Only issue I’m having is managing my files and folders to easily find my school documents but that’s just an issue with using Apple products, not the computers fault.

I love the sleek thin design w Touch ID login. Lightweight n portable . The processor is more than enough for what I do. My only gripe is no USB Connection . I had to purchase an adapter separately . Other than that. I love my MacBook .

We own MacBook since 2012 and never looked back, our household have iMac and MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. My wife have MacBook Air 2015 and it works flawless only downside now it’s the storage so we decided to give a try to new MacBook Air 2019 with Touch ID and 256 gb storage. My wife loved the look and feeling. And the next day she opened the MacBook and run some basic office and some Instagram and then the fan started to kick in so it got very hot. So she was scared because it was so hot and she doesn’t wanted it so My suggestion is make sure run basic applications when you purchase it and check it in few days, but my wife’s MacBook was hot in first day so I guess it was factory or some internal issue. Just keep in mind. Other than heat it’s a great MacBook. Hopefully in the near future they make it better with heat problem. Thank you
