Customer Ratings & Reviews

I'm so glad I bought this at such a great price. It works like a charm and still feels brand new, performance is fast, and the battery life is surprisingly good for its size and type of device. Definitely worth buying!

I was hesitant at first for getting something that was refurbished and I’m 3 months in and I’ve had no problems with it what so ever.

I love it! Everything works great And I have had no issues

Started having display/screen issues about 4 months after purchasing. Conveniently, the warranty for Geek Squad Certified Refurbished items is 90 days. Was left with a repair estimate that costs more than I even paid in the first place. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

I bougth it for my son. RAM ok / Video Card OK / Fans OK

The item was in brand new condition. Outstanding value!

Such a wonderful computer at a great price for my limited budget! The customer service was awesome, and transferring items from my old computer to this was easy!

Poor service. I ordered the 16gb ram macbook and got the 8gb version. Luckily i checked it in the store, but was offered no resolution other than returning it and having to look for another laptop 3 weeks before Christmas. Both store manager and phone customer service supervisor were rude and not helpful at all. Will not be doing business with bestbuy. Much rather buy from Amazon, where service ia much better.

My laptop was stolen from my porch and Best Buy did nothing about it. Best Buy’s data was breached years ago but clearly thieves still have access it because it was taken off of my front porch after maybe 30 minutes.we have never had any issues In our gated community with porch pirates ever! I found the empty box in my neighbors front porch but they moved out 3 weeks prior to this. Best Buy said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I am very upset with the process and the fact that Best Buy still hasn’t done anything about their data breach but offer no help to those affected by it. So, order for store pick up so you don’t get screwed by thieves and Best Buy.

I bought a computer with 16 GB of RAM, received a computer with 8 gigabyte of RAM and was performing much slower. I went to the store, went in the app and even called and every single one of them said there’s nothing we can do. Would not recommend.

Like a brand new one definitely would buy another one

Very good condition. Only one small scratch that is only noticeable if looking super closely.
