Customer Ratings & Reviews

Winning one of those gift cards usually comes down to sounding like a real customer, not a marketing brochure. Best Buy reviews tend to do better when they include specific details about why you bought the product and how it performs in everyday use. Humans are funny like that. They claim to hate ads, then reward authenticity. Revolutionary concept. We bought the MacBook Air M4 for our college freshman, and it has been one of the best technology purchases we’ve made. The first thing you notice is the speed. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and it never feels sluggish, even with multiple browser tabs, Microsoft Office, and streaming running at the same time. The design is another standout. It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes it easy to carry across campus all day, and the display is bright, sharp, and vibrant. Everything from homework to videos looks fantastic. The value is what sealed the deal. For the performance, battery life, and build quality, the MacBook Air M4 is hard to beat, especially when it’s on sale. We’ve owned several Apple products over the years, and this laptop continues the same high standard of quality and reliability we’ve come to expect. If you’re shopping for a student or anyone who wants a fast, dependable laptop that should last for years, I highly recommend the MacBook Air M4.

The display battery life and build quality are all fantastic, this is my first time on Mac OS as well and it’s pretty but it’s definitely a little hard to get used to, I have to say though that the Mac for regular people doesn’t feel too worth it for me (as of yet), I’d recommend getting a neo if you’re super light on tasks like me, but I am gonna try to get into music production so this air should be way more helpful in the future!

Pretty standard Mac experience overall. Based on my research, the M4 chip did not seem meaningfully different from the M5 for my needs, so the refurbished discount made this a good value—especially considering the expected lifespan and the fact that it should remain useful for years. My only concern so far is the charging connection. I have occasionally needed to jiggle or disconnect and reconnect the cord before the computer recognizes it and begins charging, even though I have barely used it. I will try cleaning the port and connector first, but since I am only about 30 days into a 90-day warranty, I may need to take it to Geek Squad if the issue continues.

This is a great computer. It does what it supposed to do without any fuss. It also looks great. I appreciate the back keyboard and the excellent screen along with how easy it is to add monitor and mouse to it.

I got macbook is very good condition. Battery was new. I am quite happy with this purchase

Hi, I bought this on Cyber Monday deal, the MacBook was in good condition, but I must say that the charging accessories that came with it were not in great condition. The charging cable was ripped; it was not original/refurbished and looked aftermarket. I tried BB customer care, but they couldn't help with refurbished items unless returned or had a replacement available as a whole. Also, couldn't help with a partial coupon or credit to purchase a charger from Best Buy itself. I had to purchase a new one, which negated the price advantage of a normal refurbished. For an excellent buy, I feel it BB could have taken a little more care on the accessories too other wise, as a device, i recommend it.

I’m very happy with this MacBook Air. It’s fast, lightweight, and the battery life is amazing. The M4 chip runs smoothly for multitasking, browsing, work, and streaming. The Midnight color looks premium and elegant. Even though it’s refurbished, it arrived in excellent condition and works like new. Definitely worth the purchase and highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable laptop.

The MacBook we got was in perfect condition. Packaging was new, product was fully protected and looked completely brand new even though it was refurbished. The clarity on the screen is exceptional and the sound quality is also very good. Keyboard is good feel and the weight of the MacBook is reasonable. MacBook will be used by high school student carrying it daily so portability was important. Responsiveness/speed has been great and battery life’s is good so far. Charge speed is also very good.

Amazing power and battery life in a sleek design. Offering convenience of being completely free to work wherever, whenever.

Have had this laptop for two weeks, and its so far had a good battery life and performance, especially for research!

Smooth usage, sleek look, happy with all features. I was updating a very old MacBook so this was a refreshing purchase.

This product was exactly what we were looking for. I bought this for my daughter for college this fall and it’s used so much already even by me. It works great and looks brand new. You would never be able to tell it was refurbish.

If you’re debating on getting this DO IT! It’s sold BY Best Buy, my battery came 100% capacity and the charger was in great condition. Very minimal scratches on exterior.

A light and quiet computer. It works perfect for school work.

the product came out beuatifully with no scratches and seems to not even be used before, great purchase and works for school and minor gaming

Laptop came in excellent condition, no scratches and battery life is at 100%. very good price!

Very pleased. Looks and works like brand new. Arrived well packaged with all parts.

I am very happy with my purchase. 100% what I needed

The laptop came on great condition. The charger, not so much. But I already have a charger so didn’t bother me. My laptop was 4.5/5 and charger was 2/5. Very worn out

Works great so far, haven’t had any issues this far
