Customer Ratings & Reviews

This refurbished MacBook Air 15-inch M3 offers really strong performance overall, but I want to be clear about what to expect from a refurbished unit. The M3 chip provides smooth speed and responsiveness, handling daily work, media, and productivity tasks with ease — this is consistent with professional reviewers’ praise for the M3’s performance lift and solid multitasking ability. The large display is bright and comfortable for long work sessions, and the battery life easily gets me through a full day without charging. I had no issues with multitasking or general responsiveness, and macOS Sonoma feels fluid and polished on this hardware. However, because it’s refurbished, don’t expect a completely new unboxing experience. The accessories weren’t all original Apple packaging and I noticed light cosmetic marks on the chassis that don’t affect performance but are noticeable if you’re used to new units. If you’re okay with a slightly imperfect exterior and value savings, this is a great deal, but it’s worth mentioning these refurb realities.

I don’t see anything like refurbished, it’s like new with great battery life and everything works great. I don’t have any issues as of now. First time using Mac, i used to have windows all the time. Satisfied

I needed a laptop but didn't want to pay the high cost for a brand new one. Decided to settle for this refurbished Macbook Air and it was the best decision. Not only did I save money, but the laptop arrived and it is like a brand new computer! In great condition cosmetically and operationally. We are using this to help with standard business tasks, and it has been a tremendous computer so far!

Ive had this macbook going on for three weeks now, and i really love it, its an amazing Macbook and im really happy I caught it on sale. The display is beautiful and the sound and macbook is soooo much better compared to the 2016 macbook i had, I hear sounds in music on apple music that i never knew was there. Its literallly like im in the studio with them recording their music. I don’t have to worry about my computer cutting out or glitching out like my 2016 either. HUGE UPGRADE! Please get this macbook!!

Product arrived on time and better than described(different color than I ordered, but oh well). If it weren’t for it arriving without the customary magnetic charging cable, I would have mistaken it for an entirely new MacBook. Absolutely zero scratches and wear to the keys. The speed of the processor handles any task that we’ve thrown its’ way so far. We are completely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely but a refreshed MacBook in the future.

The battery life is perfect,I love the display because I often get migraines from extended exposure but haven’t had that happen once with this device.

Excellent product, the battery and the overall condition was near brand new. But unfortunately, I ran into some issues. Before purchasing, I was told I could get insurance for it, but when it came time to arrange it, I found out that wasn’t possible. As a result, I had to return it. It was a letdown, especially considering how much I was looking forward to it.

Had for a little over a year. Love the purchase needed a newer model with more space and have no regrets about my purchase.

Perfect haven’t had any issues no scratches dents nothing works amazing

Comfortable keyboard, nice screen, large but manageable, a bit bulky

Mine showed up in basically perfect condition, it has the slightest ding on 3/4 corners but I honestly dont care it's so small. Screen was factory and battery only had 32 cycles on it.

The Certified Refurbished MacBook Air 15 arrived exactly as described and on time. It works perfectly and honestly looks brand new. I couldn’t tell it was refurbished at all. Performance has been flawless, and everything was set up properly right out of the box. I would absolutely recommend this product anytime without hesitation

One of the better laptops out there. I was very satisfied and highly recommend this for school.

this macbook air is geek squad certified so i took a chance and from now on i only buy geek squad certified.

Easy to set up, works beautifully for what we need. Very reasonable price.

Works great and looks great, very happy. Only had it for about a month now, but everything so far is great and as promised.

I love the fact that it’s 3lbs lighter then my MacBook Pro for the same screen size much better for me to be able to tote around for school

I ordered this MacBook on a crazy limited deal and I received a mint condition 99% battery health same specs as ordered MacBook, except in a different color. I ordered starlight and received silver but prefer silver anyways, just keep in mind they might ship a different color than you were expecting

My daughter loves this for school. It is perfect for her needs.

I wouldnt even know this was refurbished it feels brand new. And the processor is great
