Short Review: I upgraded from the m1 MacBook Air base model. If it weren't for the trade in value and sale discount, I would not go for this variant of this computer. A lower configuration may be better for you. Computer is great, only a 4 because of price. As for the computer itself, It is fast, light, and convenient to use. The highlights are the amazing battery life, useful larger screen size, and computational power. As a light user, I don't charge the MacBook for a couple of days. The larger 15 inch screen is worth it compared to a 13 inch screen for increasing general practicality of the device. At the same time it is not heavy or unwieldily. The power is also more than sufficient for most people. The added Ram totaling to 16gb makes sure the computer does not slow down with many applications open. I ran into an issue with ram with my base model m1 MacBook Air with only 8 gb of ram. Now I utilize around 12 gb of ram with multiple applications and browser tabs open with no swap memory. All other aspects of the computer--such as build quality, screen, and keyboard-- are on the same level of current Apple products. They are exceptional. The cons are mainly due to the price of the upgrades of the computer. I would recommend buying a model with less storage and prioritizing the ram upgrade. Perhaps the 500gb storage and 16gb ram option. Also the port selection on this computer is small but manageable.

This Macbook Air replaces my 2015 Macbook Pro and I am over-the-top satisfied. It is faster, has a long battery life, has a great display, and is quite a bit lighter. It also was a better price than I paid for my previous laptop! This Macbook Air was advertised with a better price a few days after my purchase and to my surprise, Best Buy refunded the difference in price!

Pretty clean and fast system. Integration with Airpods and Apple Watch is top tier except that the Apple Music queue doesn't sync between mac and iPhone. Midnight color attracts fingerprints, doesn't look nasty or anything I actually like how personalized it feels. I wish it had actual USB 2 or 3 ports rather than just 2 USB-C ports and a headphone jack. It also can't run a good amount of games or 32-bit applications. I'd say if you need a go-to or a work laptop, this one's top-end. It is super light and comfortable, keys feel great and the fingerprint button makes authentication really quick, and in fact if you have an Apple Watch it'll detect that and automatically unlock it for you upon opening the lid.

I have been looking for a new computer and this computer checks off all the requirements, it helps with my school work, and the screen is the perfect size to be watching my movies! Happy with my purchase. Didn't like the price but it happens when you buy an Apple product.

MacBook Air 15” M2 – The Perfect Everyday Laptop for Work, Study & Life After using the MacBook Air 15-inch M2 (1TB) for almost 2 yrs, I can confidently say this is one of the best laptops Apple has ever made — a perfect blend of power, elegance, and practicality. Whether you’re a student juggling classes and projects, or someone who just needs a reliable everyday machine, this laptop nails it. Performance The M2 chip is incredibly fast and efficient. I can easily keep multiple Chrome tabs, documents, Spotify, and even light photo/video editing apps open without any slowdown. It runs quietly (no fan noise!) and stays cool even during long study sessions or streaming marathons. The 1TB storage gives me plenty of room for notes, media, and assignments — no more worrying about running out of space halfway through a semester or project. Display & Design The 15.3-inch Retina display is gorgeous — bright, crisp, and colorful. Watching lectures, editing photos, or simply reading feels so comfortable on the larger screen. Despite the size, it’s still amazingly thin and light, easy to carry around campus or fit into a backpack. The build quality feels premium — sturdy aluminum that still looks sleek after daily use. What I Love • Brilliant 15” display with excellent color and brightness • Fast, silent, and reliable M2 performance • Fantastic battery life (lasts all day and beyond) • Great speakers and webcam • Premium, lightweight design • 1TB SSD = huge storage peace of mind What Could Be Better • Only two Thunderbolt ports (a third USB-C would help) • Pricey compared to Windows laptops, but you truly get what you pay for

I returned the MBP 14" that felt a bit small to me. I picked up the MacBook Air 15" M2, 16gb ram, 1tb hd. Amazing screen, thin, light, quiet, and extremely capable. Long battery life. Still pretty jazzed about this MacBook. Needed to replace my 10 year old MacBook Air and the new Mb Air 15" is perfect for my eyes and computing needs. Highly recommend!

I have used a number of difference Windows laptops and the earlier versions of Mac Book Air as well. This one definitely beats them all with its speed, battery life, large screen and light weight. Simply brilliant.

I thought changing from MacBook Pro to a MacBook Air would be significant to the performance, but actually, I didn’t feel any difference. This laptop is really light has a big screen and performs amazingly. One of my best purchases this year.

Super little machine! I love how light and cool this device is, definitely prefer it over the pro version that heats up and has this loud clunky fan. The size is absolutely ideal to use almost anywhere.

Works new and very big screen. It's powerful enough or my needs. It suits everything I want and it's cheaper than the Apple Store Same exact thing!

this macbook air is very fast and the computer is very light for its size. If you get a M2 air you will find it to be more than enough for most buyers.

The 15-inch MacBook Air is everything I wanted — big screen, lightweight design, and incredible battery life. Perfect for work, streaming, and travel. Apple nailed it!

I was upgrading from a 2015 MacBook Air (13") and was going to replace it with the latest 13" model. However, after seeing the 15", I knew I couldn't go back. Except for the screen size, the 13" and 15" have identical specs. I've had the new Mac (1 TB SSD, 16GB RAM) for about a month, and it is way faster than the Mac it replaced. I use my Mac over 8 hours every day, so the larger screen size, SSD size and RAM are well worth the few hundred dollars extra.

The 15” Air, with 1TB of memory is fantastic for 99% of daily business tasks. If you aren’t using multiple screens, if you’re not doing graphic arts or programming, then you’ll love the bigger screen and lightweight design. Suggestion: get a protective cover just like you would with a phone, because thing is portable.
