I recently bought the silver Apple MacBook Neo and I’m really happy with it. The design looks very clean and premium, and it feels solid even though it’s lightweight and easy to carry around. Performance has been great for my daily use. I mainly use it for browsing, emails, streaming, and some light work, and everything runs smoothly without lag. The battery life is also a big plus—it lasts me all day without needing to recharge. The display is bright and clear, which makes watching videos and working on documents comfortable. For the price, I think this laptop offers a lot of value and feels like a much more expensive device. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable MacBook for everyday use.

this product has wonderful overall performance, doing exactly what I needed to for school and personal activity. It’s extremely portable and easy to carry around. Everything you need in a MacBook. It’s lightweight, durable, a manageable size (not too small not overly large), and carries all the basic features a laptop should have to function. Would be nice to have a backlit keyboard, but it’s not a necessity

I haven’t come up against anything yet that this new MacBook Neo can’t handle. I use it for both personal and a travel friendly work laptop, so I can leave by massive / heavy 17” laptop plugged into its dock when I’m away from the office. I’m running 8+ tabs in safari, mail, music, messages, Teams, word, excel and PowerPoint at the same time. No problemo. Save your $$ and just get this. I do recommend spending a bit more to get the fingerprint reader and extra storage. The blue color is nice and classy but not boring.

This has been a great addition to my workflow. It’s lightweight, easy to carry around, and perfect for remote admin work, email, documents, scheduling, and everyday productivity. I have a Mac mini at home for heavier tasks, but adding this MacBook Neo has been well worth the cost. It feels like Apple finally made a great Chromebook alternative while still giving you the quality, ecosystem, and ease of use that comes with a Mac. I’ve liked it so much that I’m buying a second one for my kids’ homeschool work.

i needed a new laptop so badly and this was exactly what I wanted! it’s fast, the battery lasts a good while, and doesn’t overheat easily. i would highly recommend it! plus, the color is really pretty.

This Mac is amazing. I have had 50-60 applications open and I don’t see any sluggishness. The battery life is freaking great. I use it all day and I have to charge it after 16-18 hours

I really like this lower cost entry-level MacBook Neo. It helped me out of a bind, when I broke my MacBook air. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the keyboard doesn’t have light up keys, but I understand that is because of the lower cost. My fix was to buy a gel keypad cover that had white lettering on it. Other than that, it’s been a great computer. Love my Apple products.

This has been great for my ESPECIALLY for travel. I used it for a recent trip to Vegas for work and it more than exceeded my expectations for everything while I was there. I even put the first developer beta of macOS 27 and it was great.

I’m a college student and this is the perfect laptop! No issues at all and always performs at a high rate! Battery is perfect always gets around 10-12 hours!

This Mac is a great way to enter the Apple ecosystem without the premium cost of other Macs. It has the excellent Apple fit and finish, good color options, with the right compromises to get this low price. The MacBook Neo is a small, lightweight and low-priced option to get the macOS experience, works great with an external display and my other Apple devices. I got the higher end model for the extra storage and Touch ID. It is not ideal power users or heavy content creators, but it is great for students, content consumers and remote workers. An overall great budget laptop for those who can't afford the higher end macOS laptops.

Great keyboard, lightweight, easy to carry. I have been a pc user for years, recently started using and iPad and found it a nice transition. Figured it was time to upgrade from pc to MacBook. The only thing I keep missing is the touch screen. My pc/laptop both have touch screens, as does my iPad. It's a HUGE thing for me to change my way of working to mousing or typing EVERYTHING. If I could change ONE THING on the MacBook Neo... I would add the touch screen. Otherwise, it's darn near perfect and great for the price.

Color options are great. It’s really light and slim. I needed a laptop for light work and this turned out to be exactly what I needed. So grateful.

My first MacBook and I love it! I’m not ready to make the full switch over to Mac OS yet considering I do a lot of work on my windows laptop (Photoshop, Lightroom, FL Studio, etc). But I wanted to get familiar with Mac OS with a relative new MacBook that didn’t break the bank and yet still gets the latest security updates. With that being said, I love it for quick daily task that I usually use my iPad for. I hope Apple keeps the Neo line going for the foreseeable future!

This is a great machine for me for my DJing experience.
