The MacBook Pro 13 arrived on 4/20 and I have to say, the computer is good as new. The Keyboards are new, the screen is new, and most importantly the computer is new. I recommend this product and I am beyond satisfied with this purchase! Also, this item was available and arrived early.

This Macbook Pro is a much needed upgrade from my previous very old Macbook. Enjoy using all the features on this Macbook.

Horrible customer service. I bought this refurbished MacBook Pro and discovered that one of the USB-C ports does not work. I went back to the Best Buy store and was told there was nothing they could do because I purchased it online. The very rude store manager brushed me off and told me to go to an Apple Store. Also beware their return policy is ONLY 14 days. Horrible experience. Now I know why they are closing stores. My advise is shop somewhere else and go directly through Apple when purchasing a refurbished MacBook Pro.

Don’t get attracted with the word certified refurbished. This is a third party refurbished and laptop was sent in a bubble wrap with a low quality charger.

Yikes! I bout this for my son to take off to college. It has been working fine until yesterday when he was in class for his quiz. The Mac would not cut on at all. He took it to Apple to find out the Display has an internal issue so he can no longer turn it on. Disappointing. Now I have a college student on Academic Scholarship with NO computer!

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a GeekSquad/BestBuy "refurbished" laptop. It seems like a good value at first, but this thing crashes after 10 seconds of intense memory usage. The battery health is subpar, the exterior is dented, speakers are wonky, etc. You can purchase a functional Mac from the official Apple refurbished store, this is just not worth it

I’ve owned this laptop for a while, maybe going on over 3 years now, its good and powerful but at times can be very loud, but I also edit a lot of videos and photos using Lightroom and Final Cut so, this macbook depends on the type of user that you are.
