I can really tell the difference in performance over my previous 2017 MBP base model. I splurged on the higher end model and I have no regrets. It works great for video and photo editing! I love the new touch bar as well. I hear people saying that you can get a dongle to supplement for only having 2 ports in other models, but NOTHING COMPARES to having 4 ports on your device. It's sooo convenient - if you have the extra funds, just get the better model.

It’s a great laptop for everyday use. Easy and fun to use the touch at is great. For the most part I used it to FaceTime or do photoshop I recommend buying this laptop.

My entry to Apple’s ecosystem started with an iphone , which motivated me to buy a mac just to get a feel of it. However after I purchased this mac, I love how powerful this macbook is. The sound is crisp and the screen is crystal clear.This is a treat to my senses. I develop applications in Java and my apps compile at lightning speed making the overall dev process faster.

I previously owned a 2017 MacBook Air which wasn’t a bad choice but for what I’m doing now the 2020 MacBook Pro has easy, cool new features I wasn’t used to. I now have the memory/storage for all of my Creative Cloud programs and photos from Photography. I just started Drafting and AutoCAD for Mac runs pretty good in my opinion. The processor is faster and definitely keeps up!

Working as a cloud engineer and leveraging many Unix tools makes it so much easier in getting my work done. This laptop has plenty juice to push my workloads and its the perfect size for my on-the-go lifestyle.

I was a first grader when it came to anything tech and was afraid to buy a laptop for that reason. As an Art Instructor, during COVID, unique teaching methods had to be considered and used and I had to get into the modern way of doing things. The salespeople and Geek Squad made it so easy for me, and are so welcoming and attentive to my need that, in just a few short weeks, I now feel like a fourth grader in the tech department!!! Thank you!

I LOVE my Macbook Pro. I did go with the year before the newest with the M1 chip as I found out the newest ones with the M1 chip do not support multiple external monitors and I use 3. Hopefully, they will correct this. I also HIGHLY recommend having the Apple Care+. I know it costs a lot but considering the alternative, if you need repairs, you would end up paying as much or more with your first repair if you ever need it. I take extremely good care of my Apple products and still had to have repairs. I was so grateful to have spent the extra for the Apple Care +. I did submit 2 photos. One with the MacBook Pro and one with the dual monitors. The one that is off is actually a combination of smart TV and monitor that was also purchased from Best Buy.

This is my first mac computer and coming from windows based computers this thing is amazing. I don't think ill ever go back to a windows pc. As with all apple products the quality and feel is the best. As for the computer itself it arrived in perfect condition and a day early. The new 2020 13" works flawless absolutely zero issues with setup and initial operation as is expected with the apple premium paid. If you're debating on switching to macbook pro or upgrading your older macbook I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Very slim in appearance and neat in style. Very easy to transfer data from old MacBook Pro to this unit. Pleased with vivid colors on screen. Ran out of memory in older model so got this 500 GB which should last for a long time.

I bought this open box excellent certified about 3 months ago. So far so good ! The charger chord and charger box came in the original packaging but the computer did not. That was to be expected being that its an open box. The battery life on this computer is great everything is still in tact. It was definitely worth getting the discounted price

For this price range you get exactly what the specs says. Nothing more nothing less. No problems running 4K videos, watching/processing large files. A must for those looking to upgrade.

This is my second MacBook Pro. This laptop runs pretty good. It's only two days old though. It opens Office 365 apps on two bounces. I'm not seeing the spinning wheel at all. It set up in minutes and all my documents, photos, etc were in the apps from iCloud. I had no problem downloading my apps. It runs my genealogy software well. I would give it five stars except it is a few hundred more than the Dell XPS. Too bad when you have invested in the Apple ecosystem. I don't have Apple Music so I had to transfer all my music from my iPhone after I logged into the Music app. The keyboard is quieter than previous models and easy to type on. The track pad makes no sound whatsoever. Overall it's is a good purchase. Hoping for minimal thermal problems.
