I recently upgraded to the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the new M4 Pro chip (in stunning Space Black) from my older M1 MacBook Pro via Best Buy’s trade-in program, and the experience has been phenomenal. Design and Aesthetics: The Space Black finish is an absolute showstopper. It gives the laptop a sleek, modern look that sets it apart from the classic silver or space gray models. The 14-inch form factor hits the sweet spot for portability and screen real estate—I can comfortably work on the go without feeling cramped. Performance: Coming from the M1 chip, I can definitely notice the power boost. The M4 Pro handles demanding tasks like video editing and 3D rendering with ease. Apps load almost instantly, and multitasking feels fluid thanks to the 24GB of memory. Running multiple creative applications simultaneously (Photoshop, Final Cut, multiple Chrome tabs) has not slowed this machine down at all. Battery Life: The battery life has pleasantly surprised me. Despite the increased performance, I’m still able to get through a full workday without scrambling for a charger. Apple’s efficiency gains in these newer chips really shine here. Display: The 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display is spectacular—bright, crisp, and color-accurate. Whether I’m editing photos or streaming my favorite shows, the visuals look vibrant and lifelike. Keyboard and Trackpad: The keyboard remains comfortable and responsive, with decent key travel. The trackpad is large and incredibly precise, making gestures seamless. Trade-In Experience: I was initially hesitant about trading in my M1 MacBook Pro, but Best Buy made the process hassle-free. They evaluated my device quickly, gave me a fair credit, and I put that directly toward this upgrade. Overall Verdict: If you’re on the fence about upgrading from M1 to the latest M4 Pro, this new MacBook Pro is well worth the investment—especially if you can trade in your old machine for credit. The performance boost, stellar display, battery efficiency, and sleek Space Black design all come together to offer one of the best laptop experiences on the market. I’m thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a powerful, future-proof MacBook that’s a step up from previous generations.

I got this computer for mainly school (BA Computer Science). I needed something that has some speed to it. As well as something that will reliably function every time I need it to. The only other MBP I ever had was the notorious 16- inch 2020 Touch Bar Intel ones. So, when I say that this laptop surprises me almost daily with its performance. The only intel one would have the fans at 100% and the bottom would be cousins to the surface of the sun, if any kind of load was put on it. It generally would perform. But it sure would let you know it's working. However, with this one. I don't think I have heard it get to 100% fan speed once. I have ran cyberpunk on it, I have edited 4k videos on it, I have rendered Blender designs. It handles anything I throw at it with relative ease. Now, I am sure if I made a living off editing or 3D modeling, I would eventually find the bottle neck. However, for my use case (Coding/Program Development, Running multiple windows, Running VMs, running a handful of AI agents, with passion projects for editing videos and graphic design work, Sprinkled with a dash of gaming). It has exceeded expectations. Plus I love the eco system of Mac and how seamless it all is. I have an iPad and I will have my laptop and my iPad next to each other and just move my cursor over to the edge of my screen and boom, multiple display set up with drawing capabilities. I would have gone with the 16 inch if it wasn't for the iPad honestly. But being able to have that duel display each being 13 and 14 inches is perfect to throw in a bag and go. I would recommend this to anyone that who does work more than game. Don't get it twisted. It can run games great, You have to do the typical Mac things to get a lot of titles but like I said Cyberpunk is downloadable straight from steam on MacOS and runs shockingly good! While not screaming for mercy. All that and I haven't even mentioned the battery life. I don't even try to be conservative and it last all day. Full brightness, Backlit keyboard and all. If you were to actually try to save battery I am sure that too would absolutely shock me. Plus looking for an open box that is marked down $400 makes this one of the best value laptops around. Shocking to say that for a MacBook Pro

For over two decades, I was loyal to Windows. From bulky desktops to powerful gaming laptops, I thought I had seen it all. Then, everything changed the day I opened my MacBook Pro with M4 Pro chip, 24GB RAM, and 1TB SSD. Let me say it clearly: this isn’t just a laptop. It’s a revelation. Switching platforms after twenty years isn’t easy. Muscle memory, habits, software — everything felt foreign at first. But within days, I realized something profound: this machine doesn’t fight me — it flows with me. The M4 Pro chip delivers performance I didn’t think was possible on a laptop. Apps launch instantly. Video renders that used to take minutes now complete in seconds. Multitasking with 24GB of unified memory is seamless — it feels like the MacBook knows what I need before I do. The 1TB SSD offers enough space to breathe, and the 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display is something I still catch myself staring at — rich, crisp, and vibrant, like a piece of digital art. And the silence… oh, the silence. Coming from fans whirring constantly on Windows machines, this MacBook is almost meditative. I didn’t just switch platforms — I upgraded my entire digital experience. What surprised me most wasn’t the speed, the design, or even the battery life (which is phenomenal). It was how effortless everything felt. The MacBook doesn’t just perform. It disappears into your workflow, becoming an extension of your intent. Thank you to the Best Buy team for guiding me toward this machine. Your advice was spot-on. You didn’t just sell me a product — you helped me find the perfect fit for my work and lifestyle.

Apple’s latest 14 inch MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip is a masterclass in blending raw performance, energy efficiency, and sleek design, making it one of the most impressive laptops I’ve used to date. From the moment you power it on, the speed is instantly noticeable. The M4 Pro chip delivers a serious boost in processing power, handling everything from intensive multitasking to video editing and AI model development without breaking a sweat. Apps launch instantly, rendering is snappy, and workflows that used to cause minor slowdowns now feel completely seamless. What stands out most is how effortlessly it balances performance and battery life. Even with heavy usage such as multiple Chrome tabs, Xcode, and Final Cut Pro running in parallel, it stays cool and delivers all day battery life. Apple Silicon continues to redefine what we expect from a laptop in terms of thermal efficiency and battery optimization, and the M4 Pro takes it up another level. The Liquid Retina XDR display is a visual treat. Whether you’re editing HDR content or just watching Netflix, the color accuracy, brightness, and contrast are stunning. Pair that with the improved six speaker sound system, and it genuinely feels like you’re using a pro grade multimedia device in a portable form. The 14 inch form factor hits a sweet spot. It’s large enough for serious creative work, yet light and compact enough to carry everywhere. The keyboard is still the best in the game, responsive and quiet, and the return of all the useful ports (HDMI, SD card, MagSafe, and three Thunderbolt 4s) shows Apple is listening to power users. Final Verdict The 14 inch MacBook Pro with M4 Pro chip is not just an incremental upgrade. It’s a thoughtfully designed, high performance machine that will please professionals, creatives, and power users alike. If you’re in the market for a Mac that delivers serious power without compromising on portability, this is the one to get.

and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. From the moment I opened the box, everything felt premium — the build quality, the sleek design, and that signature Apple feel. Performance-wise, this thing is on another level. The M4 chip is insanely fast. Everything I do — whether it’s multitasking, streaming, or running heavier apps — is smooth with zero lag. It boots up instantly, apps open in a snap, and the battery life easily lasts me all day without stress. The display is absolutely stunning. The colors are super vibrant, and everything looks crisp and sharp, which makes it perfect for both work and watching content. The speakers are also surprisingly powerful — way better than I expected from a laptop. Buying it from Best Buy made the whole experience even better. The process was smooth, the staff was helpful, and I had peace of mind knowing I could easily return or exchange it if needed. Plus, getting it same-day instead of waiting for shipping was a huge bonus. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The MacBook Pro M4 is powerful, reliable, and worth every dollar — and Best Buy made the buying experience quick and stress-free. Highly recommend.

I recently switched from a high-end Windows laptop to the new Apple MacBook M4 Pro (24GB RAM / 512GB SSD) — and wow, what a game-changer. First off, the performance is absolutely mind-blowing. The M4 chip handles everything I throw at it — from multitasking with heavy apps to running virtual machines — without even breaking a sweat. The 24GB RAM is a sweet spot: apps launch instantly, and there's zero lag even with dozens of tabs and multiple creative tools open. As someone new to macOS, I was a bit nervous about the switch — but the UI is intuitive, smooth, and honestly a joy to use. The transition was much easier than expected, thanks to seamless iCloud integration and helpful tutorials. The Liquid Retina display is stunning — sharp, vibrant, and easy on the eyes. I do a lot of photo editing and video streaming, and the colors just pop. The battery life is another huge win. I easily get 20+ hours on a single charge — something I never got on my Windows laptop. Pros: Blazing fast M4 chip performance Beautiful display and excellent build quality Whisper-quiet even under load Excellent battery life Seamless transition from Windows Cons (minor): Some Windows-specific apps required alternatives or workarounds Took a few days to get used to Mac shortcuts If you're on the fence about switching — do it. This machine is worth every penny and has made my daily workflow smoother and more enjoyable. The Best Buy representatives were fantastic. They took the time to truly understand my needs and recommended the perfect configuration based on my usage. Their knowledge and patience made the buying process smooth and stress-free. This is a huge improvement compared to my previous laptop. Thermal Management One of the areas where this laptop truly shines is thermal management. Despite pushing it to its limits with heavy computational tasks, the MacBook Pro remains relatively cool and quiet. The fans are rarely audible, and I’ve never experienced any performance throttling due to overheating, which was a common issue with my previous machine. I've been using the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip as my daily driver for a while now, and overall, I'm content. This laptop handles everything I throw at it with ease - from multitasking with dozens of browser tabs and productivity apps to photo editing and occasional video work. The M4 Pro chip delivers excellent performance while staying remarkably cool and quiet. The build quality is classic Apple: premium, sturdy, and just a pleasure to use. The display is stunning, the keyboard feels great, and the speakers are some of the best you'll find on any laptop. For my everyday needs; browsing, email, documents, facetime calls, and light creative work. This machine has been extremely reliable and responsive. It feels fast, efficient, and exactly what I'd expect from a high-end MacBook Pro. That said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the battery life has been disappointing so far. Even with moderate use, I often find myself needing to recharge by mid-to-late afternoon. More concerning is that it sometimes doesn't reach a full 100% charge even after leaving it plugged in for extended periods. I'm not sure if this is normal behavior for the M4 Pro or if it's an issue with my specific unit. I'll be monitoring it closely and may reach out to AppleCare to see what they recommend. Despite the battery concern, this is still an excellent laptop that I would recommend to most professionals who value performance and build quality. If battery life is your top priority, you might want to test it thoroughly during the return window or consider the larger 16-inch model.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip is a beast in a sleek shell. It flies through video edits, coding, and multitasking without breaking a sweat, and the display is stunningly crisp. Battery life is excellent, and the new Space Black finish looks premium. It’s pricey, but if you want top-tier performance in a portable package, this is the one.

I’ve been using this MacBook Pro for a few weeks and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The M4 Pro chip is lightning-fast, perfect for multitasking, video editing, and creative work. The battery lasts all day, the screen quality is stunning, and the overall build feels premium. It’s quiet, efficient, and simply a joy to use every day. Highly recommended!

The person who helped me with selecting my laptop, the laptop works wonders. I used to have windows was so scared to switch to Mac cause I had to learn all new system for my job. But I absolutely LOVE my MacBook Pro. It’s so great and functional for my job. I’m a social media director for a radio station and it is such a good laptop for video editing. I got the M4 cause it was cheaper than the M5, and honestly it runs so fast and easy. If you’re looking for a budget laptop go with the M4. The battery life is so GREAT!

The performance is unreal — everything from video editing to multitasking with multiple apps feels instant and effortless. The Liquid Retina XDR display is breathtaking with its vibrant colors and sharp detail, perfect for creative work or streaming in HDR. The 24GB of unified memory keeps everything running flawlessly, and the 512GB SSD is super fast. Battery life is another standout — I easily get through a full day of work without needing to plug in. The keyboard feels great to type on, and the speakers sound phenomenal for a laptop this size. Apple really nailed it with this generation. If you want a laptop that combines power, intelligence, and beauty, this MacBook Pro is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

If you're NOT an online gamer, or mechanical engineer (you probably knew this already), this is the best kind of laptop money can buy. Everything feels snappy, and speakers sound amazingly full. This is a sleek laptop for video editors, music creators, software developers, and research work. Seamlessly pair with iPhone, iPad, and AirPods, with the best trackpad, super clear miniLED screen, near silent operation (it's silent with light use), and superior battery life. MacOS is clean, drag apps into the app folder to install or drag it into the trash to delete, that's it. If you need something for general use, maybe look into the Air models. If you're a creative professional, this Pro model is it.

The battery life is so amazing and 2nd to none. The speed of this machine is so great. I’m able to sift through apps with no problems whatsoever. Able to run programs all at once. Powerful chip and the display is so amazingly vibrant. Whether you’re watching movies or playing video games, this machine covers it ALL.

The new MacBook, it looks the same as old one! But trust me guys m3 pro is no where near I’m glad I upgraded! 8gb more apple ram! I could run parallels and play windows games like gta 5 without any lag. Gets an upgraded camera from the iPad Pro! Thunderbolt 5! For my usage I get around 3-4 days of battery life! IMO ITS THE PERFORMER OF THE YEAR PRODUCT FROM APPLE THIS YEAR! Look at the pic 2 ( last charged was on December 6th till 100 and now it’s December 8th and still has 55)

I’ve been using my MacBook Pro (model MX2H3LL/A) for a few months now, and honestly it’s been a game-changer. The speed is ridiculous—apps open instantly and multitasking is smooth even when I’ve got a bunch of tabs, Photoshop, and music running all at once. The screen is sharp and bright, perfect for editing photos or just streaming a show. Battery life has also been a huge plus; I can get through an entire day without hunting for an outlet. I was a little hesitant at first because of the price, but I can already tell this thing is built to last. It feels solid, the keyboard is super comfortable to type on, and the trackpad is hands-down the best I’ve ever used. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s worth it—especially if you need a reliable laptop for both work and fun.

This is my first Macbook. I have enjoyed Apple products for years, like iPhones and iPads. But always used a PC. Getting used to the difference and really enjoying how easily it works together with my iPhone and iPad. This laptop is fast and powerful. I noticed the speed right away. So glad I do not have to wait so long on things to power up and update. One feature I really wanted was a backlit keyboard that is easy to use at night and this is bright and perfect. I also love the sleek design and long lasting battery that makes it easy to take anywhere. The high resolution screen makes it easy to read and watch. Besides that, now all my friends think I'm cool. Love it!
