Customer Ratings & Reviews

As someone who works on large-scale media projects—real estate videos, event highlights, drone footage, and heavy multi-layer edits—this 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M5 chip has been a total game-changer for my workflow. The 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU deliver incredible speed, even when juggling 4K footage, color grading, and multiple apps at the same time. What really stands out is how effortlessly it handles long editing timelines without stutter, lag, or dropped frames. Rendering times are noticeably faster, and background tasks like exporting, transcoding, or syncing files no longer slow down my entire system. The 16GB of memory paired with the 1TB SSD makes a huge difference when managing high-resolution media libraries and large project files. Everything feels instant—opening apps, transferring footage from external drives, scrubbing through videos, and jumping between Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and DaVinci Resolve. Battery life is impressive too, especially for on-the-go shoots or editing sessions away from the studio. The machine stays cool and quiet, even under demanding workloads. If you’re a content creator, editor, photographer, videographer, or anyone handling major creative projects, this MacBook Pro will absolutely streamline your editing process and elevate your output. It’s powerful, reliable, and built for professionals who need speed and consistency every single day. Highly recommend.

I'm absolutely blown away by my 14-inch MacBook Pro! The 1TB storage is a game-changer - I've got all my projects, files, and apps at my fingertips, and the performance is lightning-fast. The display's stunning, the battery life is incredible, and the M-series chip handles everything I throw at it with ease. As an actor and creator, this laptop's been a dream to work with. If you're looking for a powerhouse that's also a sleek, portable beast, look no further!

I’m very pleased with this MacBook Pro. The M5 chip is fast and responsive, and the 16GB of memory handles multitasking smoothly without slowing down. The display is sharp and vibrant, the battery life has been impressive, and the overall build quality feels premium. The 1TB SSD also gives me plenty of storage for documents, applications, and other files. I especially appreciate how quickly the laptop starts up and how smoothly everything runs, even when I have several applications open at the same time. Overall, this is a powerful, well-built laptop that works equally well for everyday use and more demanding professional tasks. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance laptop.

They didn’t take much of my time. They communicated me and everything was successful. I received it in. The greatest shape was nice and a very complex. I like the performance, battery life and accessories

Absolutely love it -I love way it works, so fast and efficient while having a nice silver classic aesthetic. Love my new laptop!

I really like my laptop as it has distinct features. It has a clean interface and the UI is great.

M5 pro is an amazing laptop with good speakers and notch display

I’ve had it a month and am finding my way around. It’s pretty intuitive, but somethings I’m still finding. I don’t use it often so I’ve only charged it 3 times in a month. The colors are great!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both Best Buy and Apple\. I purchased a supposedly brand\-new MacBook Pro M5 from Best Buy, trusting that I was receiving a genuine, high\-quality Apple product\. Instead, this purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare\. Within approximately **40 days of purchase, the logic board completely failed**, leaving my expensive laptop unusable\. I took it to an Apple Store for warranty repairs, but the situation only became worse\. First, Apple replaced the logic board\. Then the display failed to work properly and needed replacement\. After that, the Touch ID sensor required replacement\. Even after these repairs, the camera reportedly failed, and Apple said another display needed to be ordered\. **Logic board, display, Touch ID, and camera problems — all within weeks of purchasing a supposedly brand\-new premium laptop\!** I am seriously questioning the quality of the product Best Buy sold me\. Was this device properly inspected? How could a laptop sold as brand\-new experience so many major hardware problems almost immediately? I have even begun questioning its authenticity and condition because this experience is completely unacceptable\. I cannot confirm that the product is counterfeit, but I believe Best Buy should investigate and provide reassurance about the device it sold\. **Best Buy should not simply avoid responsibility because Apple manufactures the laptop\.** I purchased this expensive product from Best Buy, and I expect the retailer to take my concerns seriously and help resolve the situation\. Apple’s response has been equally disappointing\. Despite repeated major component failures and repair attempts, Apple Store staff and Apple Support have denied my request for a replacement and continue insisting on additional repairs\. I paid for a BRAND\-NEW MacBook Pro, not a laptop that would need its major internal components repeatedly replaced within weeks\. This situation has wasted my time, disrupted my work, and completely destroyed my confidence in both companies\. **I am extremely dissatisfied with Best Buy for the product it sold me and Apple for its repeated hardware failures and unsatisfactory warranty service\.** I believe Best Buy and Apple should take responsibility and work together to provide a fair resolution, preferably a brand\-new replacement rather than continuing this endless repair process\. **1 STAR — Extremely disappointing experience\. I cannot recommend this product based on what I have experienced\.**

I absolutely love my 14-inch MacBook Pro! It’s fast, smooth, and the perfect size—not too big and not too small. The display is beautiful and everything runs really well. It feels premium, lightweight enough to carry around, and is great for both work and everyday use. The battery life is also impressive. Definitely worth it!

Really happy with this MacBook so far. It’s fast, lightweight, and the battery lasts a long time. Everything runs smoothly, and the screen looks great. I use it for work, school, and everyday tasks and haven’t had any issues.

Great laptop! It works perfectly, is very fast, and has excellent battery life. I’m really happy with it. I highly recommend it!

The build quality is fantastic. I've had no software or hardware issues in the time since I've begun using it, which I can't say for other Windows laptops I've purchased. Everything works incredibly smoothly and the UNIX based OS is very handy for software development and quickly running commands, especially nice if you come from a Linux based development environment. There's little I can think of that I have an issue with, aside from the lack of a touchscreen. I can understand not wanting to make your iPad irrelevant but, wow, would it be a nice QoL improvement for more general daily usage

I bought this for myself after having a little larger one for the last 6 years. It was on its last leg when I started looking for another one. I was a little worried that it was gonna be too small for the projects I do, but I was pleasantly surprised! This one works so fast, has so much storage, it transferred everything over beautifully and it’s the perfect size! Definitely recommend!

I bought the MacBook Pro 14-inch with the M5 chip as a gift for my wife, and it was absolutely worth it. She loves the beautiful display, the premium build quality, and how incredibly fast and smooth it is. The battery life is outstanding, and it handles everything effortlessly, from everyday tasks to more demanding work.

When the new Samsung devices came out, I ultimately decided to try switching from my deeply integrated Apple ecosystem to give Samsung's a try. I ended up disliking Samsung's laptop and trying different PC's from different companies. I tried a total of 6 different laptop/pc setups and just could not love them as much as I loved my MacBook. Aesthetics, everyday performance, ecosystem integration. There were so many instances where I was working on a word document and maybe 4 of the laptops would crash, but they were over $1000 laptops... Would highly recommend a MacBook for school or work.

Even though the price is a bit high I enjoy the quality of this Apple MacBook. The display is beautiful and crisp. It comes with a good amount of storage and memory.

Happy with Overall performance of the product. Using for school and no issues. Easy to carry and use.

Purchased this as an upgrade from an older MacBook Air that was at the end of its life with updates. It provides a bright screen with better resolution. The battery life is comparable, with better performance. Hope that this model lasts as long as the last on did. No issues.
