I recently purchased the new Apple MacBook Pro with the M5 chip from Best Buy. While I was excited to get my hands on the latest model, I unfortunately noticed a screen defect right out of the box on my first unit. I took it back to the store immediately to complain, and I was incredibly impressed with how they handled it. The Best Buy team didn't give me any trouble at all. On the very same day, they processed an exchange at no extra cost and requested a brand-new machine for me immediately. The replacement is working perfectly and the performance of the M5 is amazing.
