Great little machine. There was some cosmetic damage to the lid (shown in photo). Looked like the result of some aggressive sticker removal. Battery efficiency was at 98%. Came with the original Apple power brick and MagSafe cable. No screen damage. I did order online and picked it up at the store so I could inspect it there before leaving in case there had been an issue. It did not have any power, but a Geek Squad tech let me charge it there so we could boot it up. He also helped me get it out of Italian (looked like part of the set up had been started so English was not shown) and he tested the WiFi before I left the store.

This was a solid upgrade for me. The MacBook showed up in perfect condition with no scratches or dents, and it runs really smoothly. Everything feels fast and responsive. The battery life honestly surprised me. I can get through about two full days of school without needing to charge it. It also felt like a great value for the price. For a refurbished laptop, it definitely exceeded my expectations and feels basically brand new. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it, and I would definitely buy another refurbished product from Geek Squad.

I run a video production setup — multiple cameras, heavy editing workloads, and long sessions — and the M3 MacBook Pro handles all of it without breaking a sweat. No fan noise, no thermal throttling, just consistent performance from the first hour to the last. The display is genuinely impressive. Colors are accurate, brightness is more than enough for a well-lit room, and after long editing sessions my eyes aren’t wrecked. That matters more than people realize until they’ve used a screen this good. Battery life is in a different category from anything I’ve used before. I regularly get through full workdays without reaching for a charger — and these aren’t light workdays. As for value: yes, it’s a premium price. But when a machine eliminates bottlenecks, holds its charge, and looks good doing it, the price stops feeling like a cost and starts feeling like an investment. I don’t say that lightly. If you’re a creative professional or anyone who depends on their machine to perform — stop debating and get this one.

This is great for somebody looking for the best value for their dollar. I recommend this over a MacBook Air because this has the mini LED display which is 1 million times better than the LCD display on a brand new MacBook Air M4. As a former geek squad employee, I know the process that they do with the geek squad certified refurbished devices and it is the best value for the device on the market. It’s better than purchasing third-party with no refund if you’re not satisfied you still have a return policy on these refurbished devices.

So far so good, almost as good as buying new if not better. The only thing I didn’t get was the fancy Apple packaging Which is admittedly half of the experience

Came in excellent condition! Fast shipping as well took about 4 days and came with a charger. Haven’t found any scratches or cracks so far so good!

Excellent performance and long battery life with amazing processor speed. It is suitable for my programming class; I can code, browse, watch YouTube tutorials, create content, test software, and use school-related apps as well.

Everything has seemed to work normally and without issue. The only thing I had issue with was the cleanliness of the ports upon arrival. They were filled with dust and dust bunnies. Since it was refurbished, I assumed it would have been thoroughly cleaned and looked over. However, I ended up ordering a small cleaning kit to clean each port well. Other than that everything appears to be working!

Great deal for a “new” MacBook Pro. The battery feels like it lasts forever and the computer is flawless.

Really good device…I use it in school and it’s just perfect it’s very fast and opens stuff up in a flash. Being able to have a lot of applications open at the same time is so nice because it doesn’t become laggy. If your looking to buy one either for school or for heavy work this is perfect
