I'm extremely upset that I received this laptop with NO INSTRUCTIONS! IT WOULD NOT START! It took 2 WEEKS to get an appointment with a Geek. I should have been seen immediately! On a good note the laptop looks brand new.

My last Mac was a G5 dual processor. Then, Mac switched to the intel chip. I was not a happy camper! I held out purchasing a new computer as long as I could. Eventually, however, lack of new updates and programs forced my hand. I went PC. Windows 7 was tolerable. The HP Pavilion laptop had enough bells and whistles to be more than tolerable. That computer died and I purchased a second HP with Windows 10. I was miserable for a year and decided enough is enough. Every time I wanted to do anything new, out came the manual for Dummies to figure it out; anything but intuitive. So in my frustration, I purchased a refurbished Macbook Pro from Best Buy. I had it updated to Mojave and am back to "Mac Heaven!" I transfered all the files from my PC, android phone, and an old iPod Touch 2nd generation without a hitch. Although, I purchased a manual for Mojave, I have yet to crack it open. So intuitive, these Mac operating systems. I have no idea how many updates have been made in 10 to 12 years; I was using Leopard on my G5. But I'm back in the saddle again. Thanks Apple! Thanks Best Buy! Once you go Mac, you best not go back!

Very dissapointed with this purchase, unlike so many other purchases/ services. Even though it was pre-owned, I would expect much better than this. 1) Not clean. 2) Screws missing from the back. 3) Would not power up correctly. 4) Returned the computer! The process of getting my money refunded to my account was not acceptable. The package was shipped on July 8 and received on July 10 to your wearhouse. I did not receive reimbursement till July 20.

Good deal, saw some scratches and dings, but the computer itself was fine.

The product looks and works ok. The speaker is blown.

I think the screen could be larger. But serves a purpose for web Surfing.

I haven’t had a laptop in over a decade so I didn’t want to get something crazy. This model is perfect for me. Super easy to navigate and it’s not scary jumping back into the technology world!

I got this thinking “ Hell ya an I7 Pro”, until I opened it. I understand scratch and dent so I expected a little ding or 2 that’s what I got. I returned it because it was slow. My I5 Thinkpad at 6 years old is faster than this was. Not worth the money!!

Refurbished Item did not work as intended therefore had to return.

The computer was great, however 8 days after I received the item the power cord got fried and fried the outlet from the computer. I was very disappointed. I am glad that I was able to return it.

It actually arrived a few days early. From the time it arrived to the moment it started making money was less than 30 minutes.. It was as described and ready to go!!!

Had a bad hard drive-- had to be replaced with another laptop.
