it arrived wayyy quicker than expected & in good condition minus some scratches/dings on the outside. battery life is great & the computer runs smoothly. only complaint is the overheating. expect tv show/movie websites to heat that sucker up :((. everything else is great, the laptop came with a charger and all i had to do was update it! genuinely sosososoo happy especially as someone who doesn’t really understand the logistics of computer hardware! genuinely my only complaint is the fact that it can overheat kinda easily!! the speakers are great and the fans are pretty discreet so you don’t see them. i use it for school & personal and it works great!

Missing the charger & had to buy it separately

It was missing the correct charger for it. I had to buy an entire new charger with cube and all just to use the laptop.
