Customer Ratings & Reviews

I can confidently say that this laptop has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I unboxed it, I was blown away by the sleek design and premium feel. The performance is absolutely outstanding—whether I’m multitasking, editing high-resolution videos, or gaming, this machine handles everything flawlessly. The display is simply breathtaking. The colors are vivid, the brightness is perfect, and the clarity makes everything look incredibly sharp. Watching movies or working on creative projects has never been this enjoyable. Battery life? Incredible. I can work all day without worrying about finding a charger, making it perfect for travel and long work sessions. Plus, the keyboard is a dream to type on, providing just the right amount of feedback with every keystroke One of the biggest surprises for me was the speakers—the sound quality is so immersive that I no longer need external speakers for music or videos. And let’s not forget the lightning-fast performance. Apps open instantly, and everything runs buttery smooth thanks to the powerful processor and optimized software. Overall, this laptop is a masterpiece. It’s fast, beautiful, and incredibly reliable. If you’re looking for a device that delivers top-tier performance and an unmatched user experience, look no further. I highly recommend it!

So far, the MacBook I purchased is working really well. I’m super happy with it (: Speed: It opens programs and files, and so far the entire workflow is super smooth. I avoid having files on the internal disk, so I use an external hard drive instead, and it helps a lot. Hardware: Everything was like brand new, no scratches or marks on the screen, keyboard, or trackpad. Heating: I use the full Adobe Suite and have been working with Photoshop and Premiere, and it performs really well (speed and rendering). However, after using it for 3 to 4 hours, the temperature starts to increase, so I try to restart or shut it down once I’m finished to avoid overheating. Battery: I’ve been using Apple for a long time, and one thing I’ve noticed is the battery, no matter if it’s a MacBook, iPad, or iPhone, it doesn’t last all day. If I charge the Macbook to 100%, it runs out in about 2 hours. However, this is something I was totally expecting when I purchased it. It says the battery life is normal, but I would say it’s more like 75–85%. I've used it for around 3 months.

This will be a detailed reveiw! I bought this laptop almost a month ago! It comes with a charger honestly I have no problems with, It charges my macbook fast. I will start with the downsides and the only downsides are that the battery dies out pretty fast! So if you want something with a longer battery life I would not reccomend this product… I could estimate that I get around 3 hours of battery life before it dies when its fully charged. Another downside (if you would consider it as one) is the little dents but honestly I dont mind those! Overall I LOVE!!!! this laptop!!! I would definetly reccomend for anyone who just wants to buy a macbook for cheaper. For my gamers I definetly reccomend small games to play on. Roblox runs fine, same with stardew valley with a few mods. Minecraft runs good as well without any mods. I wouldnt reccomend bigger games like overwatch (tho i dont think you should NOT try!) or anything else :p I use my laptop everyday, I would rate this product 9/10!

My MacBook Pro looks and works amazing so far, I purchased this model because I loved the touch bar option, I have peace of mind that my warranty is for up to a year.

Love this computer! Too bad they stopped making the touchbar - which I LOVE & use often. The only thing that I dislike is the off brand charger they give you if you buy refurbished. It stopped working in less than 6 months.

Overall everything works fines I like the laptop I got it refurbished excellent but when I received it the bottom was scratched up that’s my only gripe

Very good product, it works wonderfully and always with the latest updates so far, very happy with my purchase! Thanks Best Buy

There's something very high-quality about apple products. In the laptop, I got as great. It's by far the best laptop. I've ever owned and I got it refurbished I definitely recommend

This laptop is everything I needed to continue my education and use for my small business!

I’ve been using this Mc since March I believe so. If you’re looking for battery life then I don’t recommend this but for anything else it’s been working amazingly.

Amazing computer definitely worth the price, I would say sometimes the computer get a little hot but besides that everything good

in excellent condition and working perfectly, I made my purchase 3 months ago and it did not present any malfunctions.

This laptop is solid , one of the keys were sticking a little but it worked itself out. As for the cosmetic and function , this thing is a 10/10 .

This is my first time buying A refurbished MacBook from Best Buy and I could not be more pleased with the purchase. I have used it for a month now and I have not had any issues.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. I have also personalized it by adding skins to the outside.
