Open Box Purchase
Specifically for an open box "excellent condition" purchase. They define excellent condition as "a product is like new, with no physical flaws, and includes all original parts and accessories." I received the laptop in a taped up Best Buy box. No original Apple box, no charger, manual, accessories, ect. Nothing. I took it out and noticed 2 large blemishes (one running the entire length of the lid and the other running the entire length of the bottom). They were permanents marks too. They would not wipe/buff out. Once I opened the laptop, I saw finger marks all over the screen, dust everywhere, and smudges on the right and left of the track pad. It was obvious this was a display model that wasn't in excellent condition. Even the battery life didn't seem as strong as it should've been for a like-new product. I ended up returning the laptop the next day. Very disappointed with this experience

Horrible service.
Review is for bestbuy open box items. Excellent condition. Was not excellent. Did not come with any accessories even though website says comes with all accessories. Goes to store and store asks me I can buy the charger even though their website says all excellent condition items has chargers. Ended up wasting my time and returning item. Never buy a a open box item from best buy

Macbook pro m3 pro 16"
First time macbook purchase. Great multitasking power. Also maybe the best battery life among all the other options. No heating issue,so far. Using it for like one month. Perfect for our research experience.
