[Employee of bestbuy] Been very happy with my purchase and the trade in process. Phone came almost perfect, battery wasn’t at 100 but 97 is good enough. Would definitely go this route again and most likely will next time I need an upgrade.

Worked for 5 days and then my celular network was gone and had to return it. I'll give 2 stars because best buy support went above and beyond to try to make it work, but unfortunately they couldn't fix it

I was nervous about buying pre-owned, but this iPhone 15 Pro was basically flawless. It arrived very clean with no noticeable scratches, and the screen looked brand new. Battery health is strong and easily lasts a full day. Performance is fast and smooth. Overall, it feels just like a new phone but at a better price. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend Best Buy’s pre-owned phones.

The phone itself is excellent, no dents or scratches. I did NOT get a white one as shown, received a black one, which was just fine. I gave it a 4 star for the fact that Best Buy does not have anywhere in its description other than the 90 day warranty on parts that you will NOT be able to get any kind of “care” on it BECAUSE it is refurbished (used) phone. The warranty expired date in the phone is July 1, 1978! Other than that, the phone is just like new, takes great pics, can be update to OS26 and so forth. If you need to spend less and don’t care about warranties or Apple Care, refurbished used phones are the way to go to save money. Battery Health is still 100%.

So in my case I purchased a new phone in regard to a family situation. While I have been using this phone and currently still use, it’s had its snags or hiccups or regular glitches like freezes, but not for long and I can say it works smoothly. I’ve updated the phone and it has aided me. Overall, this was a sound purchase on my behalf used and I’m glad I got it.

This is as if brand new vs. preowned. Easy to use with new with new layout. I do miss the home button - that's some gettig used to.

Well when it says pre-owned you kinda get gun shy.. am the first iPhone 15 pro 256 gb was pure junk. Could not even set it up for use and it said iPhone is hot needs to cool off .. never seen anything like that. Anyways returned it an waited for the other one to come and I received it pretty fast and so far it’s been a perfect iPhone. Looks brand new. I mean looked brand new not one flaw.

I like it! Came as promised, in very good condition. The only thing I’d like is, for transparency on the battery life, if I’m not mistaken, that isn’t disclosed anywhere on the description. The battery on the one I received was 92%, which isn’t terrible but it’s also not the best. For 850$, you would expect a bit better, at least 95%.

Excellent all around. Like new. Very pleased. Would buy again.

I received the pre-owned phone sooner than noted at the time of purchase. The phone we purchased was rated "excellent" and I agree. The only noticeable blemish is a small nick on the display but it is hardly noticeable. The battery is still almost 90% health. I fell like that's normal for a phone a bit over a year old.
