The IPhone SE is such a great phone! Even thought it is a pre-owned iPhone only downfall is the life on the battery. Nothing major just the phone will need alittle more charge through out the day but besides that the iPhone is amazing

This Iphone was so incredibly cheap and I bought it for my teen who needed a phone fast as her last one had some major issues. This phone does everything she needs and the only downside is the battery life which going in everyone knows is the caveat to buying this but it's no issue as you can easily buy a USB-C external battery that is small and lightweight and cheap making this overall a no-brainer purchase! Highly recommended to those who want a great Iphone for themself or their child without breaking the bank.

Great older model iphone. Good price for a preowned phone. The only disappointment was the battery life was 77%.

My wife purchased this cellphone as a gift to our 16 y/o autistic daughter who is over the moon with FINALLY receiving a mobile phone. The problem is: the maximum capacity of the battery life is only at 76 percent! Best Buy's Geek Squad does not replace batteries in refurbished mobile phones for some reason. My wife was told by a store customer service personnel that it would cost THEM too much to replace the batteries on these "refurbished" phones! That's hogwash as they could incorporate that cost to the customers buying these "refurbished" phones at NEARLY market price as NEW! I expect the maximum battery life to be at least no lower than 90 percent *IF* people are being charged nearly what they would pay for the phones as new. The other issue is that the phone's time zone is off (looks like the previous owner's time zone was West Coast Time). We are unable to change it as it is STILL locked-out by the previous owner's Parental function. Needless to say, this device will be returned promptly tonight or tomorrow latest. We will just have to go in a different direction than that of "refurbished!"

This iPhone has worked just fine for my Neice. She's 9 years old. We did have to hold until she got of punishment for not doing her chores. It's the perfect item for her at the tender age of 9. Thanks Best Buy!!
