Great condition. Simple no fuss phone. Was already updated upon arrival

Terrible battery life but other then that the phone is pretty good

I usually avoid buying pre-owned phones because of the risks involved. However, since I only needed a phone to receive texts for work, I decided to give it a try. Instead of opting for eBay, I chose BestBuy, believing it would be a more reliable option. I'm happy to report that it worked out perfectly—no issues at all, and the phone functions flawlessly.

This is not a phone, it is garbage, it arrived with scratches, the battery capacity is 78%. Its charge ran out after 5 hours in standby mode.
