Great condition, it’s an Xmas present so I haven’t used it at all but excited to gift it.

Got this for my grandsons for Christmas. They loved it.

It was in perfect physical condition, however there were technical issues. One that I purchased was having issues connecting to WiFi and VPN. Best Buy did a great job with processing my return.

Love the idea of open box you get a item that is been open and returned and inspected and resold for a reasonable price considering the customer!

Works like a pro! Not a single issue so far well worth the cost and i dint even know i would get such a great deal until the gals at best buy gelped me. Thanks yall!

The ipad has no issues at all, lasted for 5 year old that does everything with it.

For this item to be pre owned, it is well worth it. Bought 3 for Christmas and they all are in excellent condition and works very well!
