Best buy! I lost my iPad and completely freaked out. I decided to purchase a refurbished model and headed to the Apple store. The cloud helped with restoration. Lesson learned. Activate the option to find my iPad.

Functionality of product is good. I was a little disappointed that there was a scratch on the screen. I purchased based on the listing stating that iPad was in excellent condition. I would think that excellent meant that screen was without scratches.

iPad worked fine for 2 days then wouldn’t connect to any WiFi. Apple support said it was an issue that couldn’t be fixed.

Received dirty and no Apple box

Was pretty disappointed when I received it in the mail, firstly the iPad was dirty it looked like a toddler had just finished using it…I was so confused but it is what it is and cleaned it off the other thing is there was no Apple box just cheap bubble wrap couldn’t even wrap it nicely for my sons Christmas present
