Customer Ratings & Reviews

They work like new. Excellent sound quality also, no scratches or dings on the case. Only con is a battery life is not the greatest. Overall great product.

Seller left out case and ear pods. Sent pictures of box what was in box and packaging. No response. Took my money and Best Buy yet to return my $50 rewards I used to help pay for it.

I absolutely love my AirPods Pro! The sound quality is clear and powerful, and the noise cancellation works incredibly well—it blocks out background noise whether I’m at work, in the car, or just relaxing at home. Transparency mode is just as impressive and makes it easy to hear what’s going on around me without taking them out. They’re very comfortable and fit securely in my ears, even after wearing them for long periods of time. Pairing with my iPhone was quick and effortless, and the battery life lasts longer than I expected. The charging case is convenient and easy to carry. They are definitely worth the price for the quality, performance, and ease of use. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for great wireless earbuds.

I was happy at first but then realized that they get too hot when charging and dies after short periods

The battery life is very short, the right AirPod doesn’t work correctly.

The product came flawless, though I had no idea they would be refurbished, they worked nicely for about 2 weeks and after having no drops, accidents, or charging issues, the right AirPod stops working.

Shipping was great, they came in quickly. However, they don't hold a charge.

I like them because they are easy to use have good sound quality and are convenient to carry around

This product hurts to wear. I've tried wearing them numerous times hoping to get used to them but they hurt too much.

My wife bought me a pair of these as a gift and after 1 week I had one of the earbuds stop working completely and they wouldn’t connect to my phone anymore

Not even a month later they don’t work smh I can’t believe it

It came pretty fast but i thought the airpods would come in the airpods box

Works great, battery last, like new. Sounds great. Perfect price.

My earbuds have not been delivered yet! I ordered them on December 31st and they should have been delivered by January 9...

these airpods last really long and the base quality is super good 10/10 and noise cancellation is way better way better than beats

Whenever i try to talk on the phone with these, the people on the other end claim there is a horrible static sound coming from my end. And that only happens when i wear these airpods

Works great for being refurbished no problems at all

This product is very good and works perfectly also worth the price

They are practically brand new and I love the sound and all
