They work like new. Excellent sound quality also, no scratches or dings on the case. Only con is a battery life is not the greatest. Overall great product.

Seller left out case and ear pods. Sent pictures of box what was in box and packaging. No response. Took my money and Best Buy yet to return my $50 rewards I used to help pay for it.

I absolutely love my AirPods Pro! I bought these on march 7,2026 and less than a month later the left earbud died and wont work, ive tried everything and nothing. ive messaged the seller with no response . i would avoid these and this seller at all cost

The right earbud makes a loud static noise that can be hear by me as well as the person on the other end of the call. So it disrupts listening and speaking

The headphones are useless for answering calls because the other person on the line hears a lot of background noise.
