Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love the color. Also works better then my samsung galaxy flip 3. Havent had any issues yet.

Great phone, never would’ve known it was pre owned. Excellent condition, worked perfectly.

Love my new phone! My pictures I take are so clean and crisp. The size of the phone is just right. Not to big but not to small. Nice quality phone.

Great phone. Came as expected. Love the color. Just what I needed.

I liked this new phone, i would definitely recommend it for purchase. The color is off the chain…I love my I-phone that I gifted to my sister.

Works nice, smooth, clean, and overall good display.

Works perfectly and has no issues still works to this day !

Love this phone !! Best Buy had the best customer service, the process was so simple & I got my phone was earlier than promised. I’m a customer for life !

Works well so far and my son is happy. The phone is in great condition, the battery life is good, and all apps run.

Apple 11 Eleven unlocked you can't go wrong in any way!

The first time I got it it had problems but it got replaced! The second one came a bit dirty but it worked pretty good after I cleaned it and transferred my sim! My first purchase was a hassle to change though but it’s all good now

You have the best service ever nice people excellent customer service

My daughter very love this phone . Very good to buy that.

Good condition, everything works great and there were only slight issues I noticed. The batter is significantly degraded, I just thought it would’ve been replaced before being sent out and there was crud or something stuck on the edges of the phone and camera. But other than that things have been going smoothly as I set up my new phone! I will update if there’s any problems.

This is an awesome phone even in 2022 and doesn't really show its age. It is fast and should get updates for many years in the future. If you have more money a newer iPhone is a better choice.

Great product fair price was in great condition and works phenomenal

Product in excellent condition. Fast delivery. Clean clear screen no scratches at all. Back of the phone also clean no scratches or anything. Everything works perfect. Except me cuz I'm an android person.

My son loves this phone! We got this to go with Mint mobile for my son and it was such an easy set up. It works great with the Mint mobile, the camera is great, the audio on the calls is perfect, and the phone wa sin great condition. I love love love buying phones from Best Buy. It’s so easy and this is my third one and I have not been disappointed.

I was skeptical but I took a chance. I bought it for my son when he broke his iphone. I'm not an iPhone user myself. No complaints with this phone no problems or issues.

The phone is in working condition. However, the screen is minorly damaged. It has a line running down the left side of the screen. For that reason alone, I wouldn't exactly call this "excellent" condition. Otherwise, the phone is great and looks new.
