Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Phone was in excellenr condition, no scratches at all, the battery was a top level, and the device worked perfectly. I’m very happy with this purchase— it was a great buy!

The phone has no scratches, battery health is 100%, and it works like new. It’s fast & very convenient. The camera is lovely too!

Let’s first talk about the delivery, it only took 3 days with standard delivery for me. Which is nice. Next is the phone quality, 10/10! No scratches and the speakers and charging port are super clean, 5 stars. Lastly is the battery life, the most important thing to most people when buying a used phone. It’s was 84% when I received it, which isn’t super bad but isn’t the best I was hoping for at least 90% but that’s fine. I’ll put photos of the phone and box it came in. I’ve been using this phone for about 2 months now and no issues whatsoever. I would recommend it :)

I recently purchased an iPhone 15 online from Best Buy, and I’m extremely satisfied with it. The phone delivers excellent performance, a sleek design, and impressive camera quality. The display is vibrant and smooth, and the battery life lasts all day. Ordering from Best Buy was easy and reliable, and the delivery was quick. Overall, I’m very happy with my new iPhone 15 and highly recommend it.

Great physical condition, just top speaker could be a little cleaner. For the year I think it’s v good condition. Software isn’t as speedy and responsive as I was expecting but

Pre-owned iPhone 15 has been working well so far. I have not had any issues. Good battery life when I got it.

Excellent phone. Actually it came in with a 100% battery and no scratches like a new one. I love it

★★★★★ Great Certified Refurbished iPhone 15! It arrived in excellent condition, looked almost new, and was easy to set up. Everything works as expected, and it was a great value. I’d definitely buy another refurbished iPhone from Best Buy.

Everything works well but I don’t know what I was expecting with the battery life. I checked immediately and saw that the max capacity was 85%, a bit disappointing but makes sense for a used phone. Also, very minor scratches (on back, not the screen) were present on this “excellent” phone, but I’m putting a case on anyways. Just be aware of what you’re signing up for

From the moment I arrived until now it has worked well. Yes it is in good condition, battery arrived at 95% and minimal detail in the upper right corner.

Easy to use, modern features, much better than prior phone

Overall Awesome Battery life is great. It came in exceptional condition. Will buy again

The phone came in pristine condition. I’m very pleased with it.

No original box but that’s okay. Works great! No issue and saved money getting it as refurbished. Super cute pink color. My daughter loves it.

I really like the phone. It is easy to use especially for me i moved from android to iPhone. It works perfectly

My new phone came exactly as described if not in better condition than I expected since it was refurbished. I love it and have had zero issues. I use Red Pocket as a provider & had no issue switching my SIM cards, which was something I was concerned about originally.

Good conditions and really works at 100, very good purchase
