Product is in great shape. Looks almost brand new. Arrived 3 days ahead of the anticipated arrival date which worked out great for getting the phone activated to replace a stolen device.

Great phone, comes with little scratches, but nothing a phone case can’t fix. I have had it for a month and it works very effectively. Has no sim card slot, so be prepared to buy an esim, if you don't ha ve one allready!

Device is in excellent conditions. Screen touch responds good.

I received this item just in time for my granddaughters birthday. Day of the birthday went to turn it on with my carrier only to find out the eSIM function on the phone was damaged. Took it to the store Geek Squad confirmed. I had to purchase another phone at the store for 100.00 more than I paid originally. I will never buy refurbished anything electronic from anyone after this.

Battery overheating the phone, getting nowhere with Best Buy customer service telling us it was a faux phone and now the seller has closed my dispute. Not ok I was scammed of $500
