Bought this because I thought I could trust Best Buy sold refurbished product, but NO! The battery life on the product was less than 78%, at this percentage Apple recommends to change the battery. BUT bestbuy decided to list as an excellent product. Waste of my time and effort and not to mention the gas money. I asked the rep, if they would be willing to give me some discount on a brand new phone but the manager denied. I will seriously reconsider purchasing from Best buy again.

The phone is visibly perfect, it works well, but I didn't like it when I saw that it had an 85% battery and I didn't have this information before making the purchase. Also, even though it wasn't a new device, I didn't receive it in the original box. I think it's even better for the protection of the device. And how I bought it to give as a gift. That was a little uncomfortable.
