I purchased a phone through Best Buy Marketplace. But the box was empty. I immediately contacted FedEx, Best Buy customer service, and the Marketplace seller. Best Buy said they would escalate the case and email me so I could submit photos, but no email was ever sent. The seller continued to respond but never resolved the issue. The seller claimed a FedEx claim was filed, yet could not provide a claim number when asked. The case was then pushed toward closure without a refund or replacement. I paid for a phone, received an empty box, and no one took responsibility. My credit card company is still investigating. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.
