I expect refurbished items to have flaws, but this phone had a terribly scratched screen, and the battery had many, many charge cycles. My Apple guy told me the phone needed a new battery and screen. I don't believe it's honest to sell "Refurbished Excellent" phones when there is no proof they've been refurbished. They clearly never even looked at this phone, because they would be ashamed to send a phone in such poor quality. Best Buy took the return in person quickly and offered a great discount on a nicer phone. I had to pass because it was out of budget. Honestly, Best Buy did great, but the seller is bringing their reputation down. Best Buy, please stop working with Sellers that lie or are dishonest with your customers.
