Customer Ratings & Reviews

When I first got the phone I ran it in diagnostic and it said the screen couldn’t be identified which was fine because it’s refurbished but it also said that the cellular service part was damaged. A month later the phone has been periodically not receiving signal no matter where I go or if I turn it on or off. I have to make someone else to call me for it to come back on and sometimes that doesn’t even work. We went to the service provider and they saw no issues on their end and the phone should be receiving service. The phone also heats up really fast when I’m doing basic things such as reading documents or watching videos. The back glass has a tiny gap on the bottom between the frame and the back glass. When I tap the phone screen it doesn’t turn on, 80% of the time I have to use the button. When I play auto from the speakers and put the volume up it becomes scratchy. Theres also a chip in the frame in the top left of the phone. I wouldn’t recommend buying here.

Good price, arrived very well packaged and perfect condition. Works fine and I also received a charger cable

I was apprehensive about getting a refurbished iPhone but I decided to make the purchase as the price I couldn’t pass on. The phone came wrapped in bubble wrap inside a box with some helpful information on it. The phone itself looks like it’s brand new, never owned. I replaced my iPhone 13 Pro Max with this one and I have to say, supreme decision. This is a top notch phone that handles anything I’ve thrown at it and asks for more. Some reviews said the phone gets too hot to touch, which was a slight concern of mine. I played a few intense games back to back at two hours each and this phone never got hot. However, it did get warm. Not as warm as the 13 Pro Max so that’s a plus. The cameras are a welcomed upgrade and the screen does look better. The sound quality is a bit better and the speakers are more crisp and slightly louder than the 13 Pro Max speakers. I do like the USB-C charging though, now I can remove the lightning cables from my charging areas. The island up top is actually interesting in that most of the time it’s integrated into the phones software. What I mean is, it’s an island but also an extension of the screen. The face unlock is really good. I can look at the phone from an angle other than straight on and it unlocks for me. Speed is a little faster than the 13 pro max and more smooth. Screen quality is better than the 13 pro max. Yes, these things are to be expected but, it’s just better than expected. I know what some people are thinking…of course this guys happy, he’s in a two year newer phone. My work provided phone is the iPhone 14 Pro Max and it was nothing new compared to my 13 pro max. They both have the same feeling whereas the 15 pro max brings the new innovation back. Basically, if you’re like me…doing all the research, on the fence about an iPhone 15 Pro max, go for it. It’s well worth it.

I’m extremely happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max purchase. Even though it wasn’t brand new, the phone looks and works like new. The condition exceeded my expectations — no noticeable issues, and everything functions perfectly. The performance is fast and smooth, the display is bright and clear, and the camera quality is outstanding. Photos and videos turn out sharp and vibrant. The battery life is great and easily lasts through the day.

The iPhone is fast, easy to use, and has an excellent camera. The display is bright, and the battery lasts a full day with normal use. The overall performance has been great, and I’m happy with my purchase. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that I expected the battery life to be a little better during heavy use. Other than that, it’s a great phone and I would recommend it.

Battery is great, pictures is great, it’s very very fast to send messages, great phone to get

The phone works great and even came with a screen protector on the phone already. Great price for a 15 pro max

This refurbished IPhone 15 Pro Max is like new in all respects. It is beautiful. Just like new.

Great working phone and just as the description said

This is a great phone, I love it, it’s in great working condition

I have no complaints, the phone came like new and to this day I have not had any issues with it.

I have had no issues with this phone and the camera is great!

Like New. I am really enjoying my phone and I am so happy with the purchase. I love the amount of storage and the phone size.

I love the phone. Even though is my first iPhone, It wasn’t that hard to navigate.

Specifications of this product didn't indicate there's no SIM card slot. Gave this as a gift to a family outside the US and it's totally USELESS since they only use SIM card, and not e-sim like in the US. It only stated "fully unlocked," so I was assuming it can be used anywhere even outside US.

The iPhone arrived in like-new condition—you wouldn’t know it was refurbished. The White Titanium finish is flawless, performance is fast and smooth, battery health is excellent, and the camera and display are amazing. Fully unlocked and easy to set up. Great value and I’d definitely buy Apple refurbished again.

Great for two months and then the screen went blank. A month later and I still don't have a working phone.
