This phone has all the bells and whistles! Great phone quality, great display quality, great camera quality and battery life!

This phone was in very good condition. It almost looked brand new and came with a cord as well. The battery health is at 99% which is great for an almost 2 year old phone. I have tried pro maxes in the past but would always return due to size. I believe I’ve gotten used to it maybe even prefer it now. I am happy with this purchase.

I was amazed to learn when I visit my Total tech page that this iPhone was Not included in the products purchased at Best Buy. Instead the phone which I traded in was listed. The representative I texted with on chat pre-owned Excellent equiipment was not included in the Total tech program. I would have expected that to be mentioned at the time that I made the purchase. I believe that Best Buy person should have told me that at the time .. I have no complaints about the phone to this point.

The product is absolutely amazing. I picked this up in excellent condition, like brand new. I love my new Iphone.

This purchase was a previously owned iPhone. Right out of the box during the 1st charge the phone became extremely hot. What they didn’t say in the description was that the phone was already two years old and I could not buy an extended warranty not from Best Buy or Apple. So this makes my $1100 investment a waste.

I love buying products at Best Buy they will never give you something that is not good and the workers always have to time for explanation
