this phone does everything you need it to - at a fraction of new. It still gets updates - and has all of the apple things you love. I prefer using the fingerprint to the faceID anyways - because of deepfakes

I bought this phone on a whim to replace the 13 pro that has network issues, great overall for now. Though it uses the older format with the home button, its great for my 70 year old mom whose already used to the apple lineup to use (despite her being a little stubborn and slow to learn the tech stuff, despite me teaching her multiple times) So if you're looking for a cheap apple phone to replace a current iphone, this is great, also great enough for back up or for the kiddos who need an iphone but you need a cheap one for them to use.

The phone works well and was in good condition. I would give it 5 stars for the phone itself. However, the package it came in was incredibly beat up and the protective case around it was shattered. It cut my finger when i tried opening it. The box even looked like it had been punctured, and it was also not properly sealed. Not sure if this was Best Buy's fault or the package carrier, but it was very unpleasant. It didn't even have any protective foam or anything to protect the phone from damage. Please handle packages with more care since electronics are not cheap.

This phone though a very old model, does everything I need. Texts, apps, emails, internet, and calls. Love the small size as well.

The iPhone showed a little wear but was in excellent shape and the battery capacity is 90%. I've been using it for a month and all features work properly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and Best Buy delivered what they advertised.

This pre-owned is running so much better than my old iPhone. It's everything I needed. I was concerned about the battery health, but after activating the phone, I checked and it was running at 100% (My old phone was down to 80%) What a difference. I would definitely trust BestBuy with pre-owned tech!

Looks and works like a brand new iphone for a fraction of the cost of a new one. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a brand new phone but it has all of the features that I actually need and want. Setting up the phone was easy and it was simple to set it up with my new carrier. I really like the ability to pick-up in a brick and mortar store and talk to a real person as part of the process.

Bought as a replacement for my mother-in-law's (81) phone just like it. She needed one just like her old one so she would be able to work it. Works just like it's brand new! Also customer service was fantastic!! Very patient and understanding when dealing my MIL who is not very good with technology.

Still fast despite its age and an ideal size for both portability and readability. This is one of the best phones out there for casual users. Only possible issue was lack of cell service at a random time, most likely because of the carrier and not the phone itself.

Bought for a friend that lost their phone. They have been using it with no issues. I can not say anything else as I do not and have have never used it.

This is exactly what I needed. I was looking for a secondary phone to use as a work phone. I didn't need bells and whistles, but I did want it to be in good useable condition. This phone arrived in mint condition. It looks flawless. It worked great straight out of the box. Perfect to run Outlook and Teams on and answer a few calls.

Have not turned it on yet switching to another company from AT&t. I trust Best buy that's why I bought phone and price was very reasonable compared to other companies.

Phone was in excellent condition. Looked brand new. Best thing was that the battery was at 100% battery health. Happy with my purchase.

Phones are good quality, perfect condition with good battery life, the only downside is that they only support up to IOS 17, making them obsolete for some apps on the App Store. The phone itself is in great condition and would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone interested in an older model iPhone

Light weight, small and compact. Nice to put in my back pocket or purse. It takes great photos and I am still learing to use it.
