I can only say that I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and so far he absolutely loves it. It has everything in a laptop that he wanted(me not knowing anything about these products) I was pleased that he was happy!! So, so far so good; we’ll see! Thanks for making the selection affordable and easy!! Happy Holidays and a Great New Year!!

More scratches then offered, and over priced for not being fully up to date. Can barely download apps.
