THIS IS A SCAM

I ordered this, and I got an empty box delivered to my house. The box was very light when I picked it up, so I had the good sense to record myself opening this empty box. I contacted the sellers and sent them my video and everything, and now after almost a month, they’ve gotten back to me to tell me there’s nothing they can do since the package was marked as delivered. Even though there was NOTHING in the package. Essentially stole $195 from me.
