Refurbished having a slight issue with sound. I have to shut it down and then turn it back on.

Works as expected. Delivery was horrible, I’d initially cancelled the product. First package was delivered by UPS and driver literally gives me an opened empty box. I called Best Buy and Re delivery was pushed out so far. I thought being the initial package was stolen Best Buy would expedite delivery, but no! No compensation or compassion was given. It was a graduation gift that was delivered quite late.

iPad was unlocked as advertised. It worked fine on t-mobile and seemed willing/able to hook up to other mobile providers. iPad was very close to like new condition. Would buy again.

Even though it’s refurbished it still looks and works like it’s practically new, no problems thus far. Highly recommend especially if your trying to save

The product does not work as expected. Problem is charging does not stay longer and battery not charges more than 70%

Because the newest model of the Apple iPad required swiping motions to operate and did not have a "button" as the previous model, we had to purchase a refurbished model that still operated with a button. We hoped that Best Buy would be a reputable source for refurbished electronics, and we were right. We're very pleased with the iPad that you sold us.

The Ipad is good, arrived on time and was good packaged.

Not unlocked as listed so I was unable to activate this device. Best Buy’s only recourse was to return for a refund and not unlock

It just looks as good as new although have not operated it.

It’s extremely slow. Feels like I’m using the first generation iPad. Not worth it.

model number does not match, unable to connect cellular service, it says unlocked but only AT&T is able to be chosen
