Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have been so impressed with this IPad. I bought a refurbished one and it looked perfect, works perfect and the entire process from purchase to pick up was easy and hassle free.

I got this for my son and when I say it’s the best thing I could have gotten him. It works great and now I don’t have to share my phone with him lol. Oh yea and if you are skeptical about open box items just make sure to get the satisfactory or excellent condition one if they are offering the two, with satisfactory the only thing could be like a minor scratch or dent but the product is still good.

I like it a lot, just all over a good iPad I would get it about yayyy. It recently been going to a black screen and reloading Idk fr

I love it but it charges slow but it work fine in my the future I will buy again

Delivered in a flimsy box and with hardly any packaging to keep it from breaking. Thankfully the screen wasn’t broken but I can attest that it wasn’t due to any prevention on their end with packaging. No label on the box, no return slip. Nothing. Just a white box inside a bigger brown box and a thin piece of bubble wrap. Just because it’s refurbished doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be shipped with better packaging. As far as the iPad goes, there are a few light, thin, scratches but you can barely see them. It’s in good condition. It turns on and works so far, display looks good as well. Fingers crossed. I bought refurbished on purpose because it’s for my 8 year old son. Would still recommend but y’all have to do better with the packaging.

My brought this for my daughter for Christmas this year 2023 and she loves it. No marks on the device. I will order again

I bought this iPad for my son and he loves it. Its convenient for me as well, and has new features

I bought four of these and had to return one for a faulty charging port that was loose and wouldnt charge. Another one barely holds a charge. Then i bought another to replace the one i returned and the power button doesnt work so i cant put the ipad to sleep. However i use them for my kids for homeschool and if i return it i have to wait to get another again. I expect a refurbished product to have been checked out and tested before selling. Really thure just used ones that dont seem to be repaired at all.

Even though it’s an older model, they did an excellent job refurbishing it. I got it looking brand new. I have no issues with it it work perfectly fine.

I bought this iPad for my nephew and I’m very pleased with it. The performance is fast and smooth, and the screen quality is bright and clear, making it great for videos, games, and learning apps. It’s easy to use, and the parental controls are a big plus for managing content and screen time. The battery life lasts a long time, and the build feels sturdy and reliable. It’s a great purchase and an excellent device for both education and entertainment.

Great for kids, good condition very durable and user friendly

Arrived well protected: Easy to set up and works great: Not fancy but perfect for general use: Great value for the money

I bought this as a spare and it is perfect for that use, I am very pleased with my purchase. I have made several refurbished and open box purchases and they have been great, I recommend it, you really can save quite a bit.

it works pretty well i love it the only downside is i can't set up imessage or facetime which is why i ordered this one but other than that no complaints.

This iPad mini is none like I’ve ever seen or used. It’s the right size even without my glasses. The price that I paid was very reasonable and affordable.

Used but in excellent condition. Works perfectly fine.
