excellent deal
Taking 1 star off because the watch came with the wrong band- I ordered with the Starlight Alpine Loop and it came with a black sports band, which was also not a genuine Apple band. Other than that, watch shipped fast and came in perfect cosmetic condition, 92% battery health, and functions perfectly. Got it on sale for the price of a Series 10, which was a steal. This model also still has blood oxygen sensor enabled, which I'm very happy about!

Apple Watch Ultra
Love the durability and battery life on this model. The only issue I’ve had is it’s a bit large for my little wrists. But highly recommend for people who are very active and harder on their watches. I love that Best Buy does trade ins and when I bought this watch I had it in 2 days!

Absolutely Horrible
I bought this watching having the peace of mind that Best Buy would be a great, reliable company to buy a $400 watch from. Well I was wrong. The watch came in a ripped bag with the wrong band (which was A) an aftermarket band and B) I ordered the alpine loop and I got a black ocean band), AND, THE HEARTBEAT/FITNESS SENSOR (THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE WATCH) WAS NOT ONLY SCRATCHED, BUT ALSO CRACKED. I’m incredibly dissapointed with Best Buy and thus returned the watch.
