Apple - Refurbished Excellent - Right Replacement AirPod Pro - 2nd Generation

I love that I could get in touch with the company when I had an issue. It was resolved 10/10.

i will never in my life purchase from a third party seller, refurbished and potentially best buy. i purchased a replacement right air pod for a set i had. i then decided to get a left just in case as well. "therightone" mailed me another right air pod. i received 1 email clarifying what the situation of my order was and i never to this day got another form of communication from them. i reached out multiple times asking about if they were sending a left one and about an exchange. i got no response and reaching out to best buy i had to constantly type my situation for over a week and i got nowhere i then decided to go in store for my exchange i had to wait an hour in line with Pokémon buyers and tried telling staff i just need an exchange if i can on a air pod. after an hour the cashier scanned my order and could not do anything and i had to mail my product back they were nice enough to give me packing supply's. i tried to voice my frustration to customer service but she could have cared less. i sent out both right air pods and sent my info yet again to therightone saying i was within the 30 days of the first air pod and I'm returning it because bless you cant pair 2 right pods. after 5 days i got my refund for the second order but not the first. i would not leave such a long review if i did not feel as much for how customer service is handled. i myself multiple years in retail, when you make the customer feel ignored and make them feel their issue is asinine, you have lost a customer. it wasn't so much as i was worried for my refund, i was looking forward to my air pods and hearing the quality for the first time myself. i did take business to a competitor and i got my airpods i love them but the fact of the matter no one from therightone company took time to even handle the situation and best buy in person service was unsatisfactory, online deplorable. i leave this review to not be a person looking for a handout or just spewing venom because i felt slighted. im writing because customer service is highly important to me when im the one providing and will go above and beyond to ensure every person that walks in will leave if not 100 90 percent satisfied and will feel comfortable and confident they will get the best service. on this endeavor i did not. i highly doubt if i will return as a customer to best buy and therightone is a joke and i will never ever recommend them after this first impression. if you made it this far in my review thank you for your time.

This looks like a 2nd generation AirPod Pro and probably is, but when I tried to pair it, the iPhone claims that it can't pair because it's 1st generation and the left is 2nd generation. Nothing I could do to fix the issue. So there's something wrong with the piece somewhere.

Came as described, paired easily, no complaints would buy again if I lost another bud
