Obtaining the code for the 2 months free apple tv. At the time I purchased my membership I was told the code will be emailed to me by the time I arrived home. The code was not shown on my purchase receipt. Since my original purchase on May 16, 2026 I have called Best Buy Primary Support Team 5 times to obtain the code. The most recent call reference numbers are 376990190 and 376992852. For the first call today I was provided sku 6669990. The sku did not work to correctly route me to the product. I called in again, talked with the same department. After another unsuccessful attempt using the same sku, the agent provided words for the search. The recorded calls as accessed by the reference numbers will provide additional detail. I did not like the multiple times I had to call. I did not like receiving different information each time I called. I did not like having to enter credit card information, mailing address, email after the same information was captured during my original purchase on May 16, 2026. I did like the courtesy of the agents.
