It is a good watch and I like the sleep and activity tracking. I found some of the features like temperature require additional devices which was not clear prior to purchasing. Also, the battery life is terrible when using the features that monitor continuously. Ultimately, I may end up using it as just a watch which defeats the purpose of paying so much. Also, the screen scratches way too easily. I switched cases and in between taking one off, going to wash a dish and coming back to put the other on, it was scratched.

I ordered this watch (apple series 10 w/Cellular - 46mm) on 8/1/2026, got notice package was on its way 8/3. Got the package on 8/10 (to be fair, I think part of the problem was FedEx). Turned out they sent a watch w/o cellular. Returned it on 8/11, got notice it was on the way 8/12 and received it on 8/14. Wasn't paying attention to charge time because I let it charge overnight. When I needed to charge in the afternoon, the watch did not charge as fast as it was supposed to (2-3% per min). Long story short, after much effort to determine the problem, it turns out the charging cable did not support the fast charging mode. Called support and they said I could exchange it a local store. I tried to call the store to make sure they had the correct cable in stock and it seems that doing that is impossible. When you call the store, you actually get a call center which can't tell you anything about stock. I had to go to the store only to find out, in fact, they didn't have one in stock. They sent me to another store which was supposed to have it in stock. When I got there, they didn't have it in stock either. The 1st store person then told me to go to a second store. Surprise, surprise, they didn't have one in stock either. (The computer inventory showed one in stock, but after spending more than 30 min looking for it, they gave up.) At this point I wasn't interested in going to other stores. Fortunately, the store personnel were extremely helpful in putting in an order for a new cable to be shipped to my house the next day. I got the cable the next day as promised, and it worked as expected. I don't use all the features, since it's new to me. I am on a diet, so the cal burned is helpful in adjusting my food consumption to stay on target in losing weight. No complaints about the watch itself. One thing, when you get a refurbished watch from Apple, you get a new battery. The battery I got had a maximum capacity of 97%. Not bad enough to complain. As I stated in title, I like the watch, really disappointed in the wrong product/bad parts being delivered and the effort it took to get things corrected. I recommend the product. but not Best Buy's practices.

Absolutely junk. Charged it and it was froze from jump. You’d think they would test the product before selling it.

Great price! Looks and feels like new. Used it for 1 month now and battery life is good. No scratches or dings. Didn’t come with original packaging but was packed great. No complaints
