Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently upgraded to the Apple Watch Series 9 (41mm), and it’s easily one of the best tech investments I’ve made. The size is just right not too bulky, super lightweight, and sits comfortably on my wrist all day. I also love the Double Tap gesture it’s surprisingly intuitive and makes quick actions like answering calls or pausing music feel futuristic. Siri is now more accurate and faster too, which I use all the time for reminders or checking the weather. Battery life is solid. I get a full day and still have juice left when I go to bed and the health tracking features from heart rate and sleep tracking to cycle and blood oxygen monitoring are top tier and feel more refined than ever. Whether you're into fitness, productivity, or just want a great-looking smartwatch that does everything well, the Apple Watch Series 9 nails it. Highly recommend!

The item was exactly as described—clean and in good working condition. It holds a charge well and works without any issues. Shipment arrived in hassle-free packaging, completely undamaged, and in a timely fashion.

I love my Apple Watch and I bought it refurbished. I haven’t had any issues. The battery life is great

Very good and i had no problem with it . I would re recommend

I’m going to write my review about the actual product rather than any service issue associated with it, of which there were none in my case. I upgraded from at six to the nine and I’ve been very happy with it. I swim laughs and it amazes me how it can tell the stroke. I’m swimming and fairly accurately gauge the distance. I am swimming in the pool. It’s been very handy when I’m out working in the yard and get a call or need to reply to a text and I don’t have my phone on me. I don’t have the GPS version, but it really does everything I need it to do and more. I also utilize the sleep setting in the Health app, and I’m working on increasing my level of deep sleep, something I never thought of before I had this watch. I’ve been using Apple technology since the company began, and it took me a while to really utilize my Apple Watch fully, but I am glad I have!

I love my Apple Watch! I use it every day to tack my sleep and fitness. It’s also helpful since it connects to my I phone I can check my messages on the go. I recommend one of the larger screens if you want to respond to messages to type with ease. Over all a really great purchase and I always know I will have a good product through Best Buy!!

I’ve been using the Apple Watch Series 9 GPS 41 mm for a while, and I really love it. The size feels perfect on my wrist — light, comfortable, and stylish. The screen is super bright and clear, even outdoors, and the new S9 chip makes everything run smoothly. I use it daily for workouts, messages, and sleep tracking, and it keeps me organized and motivated. Battery life could be a bit better since I charge it every night, but overall, it’s one of my favorite Apple devices — smart, elegant, and genuinely useful.

This was my first refurbished item I have bought and I’m happy with this purchase (Apple Watch 9 with blood oxygen). Since it’s refurbished, it came in a simple white box but the charger and the way band were brand new (I’m assuming). Watch itself looks almost brand new with no sign of wear and tear, and the battery health also seems to be good (no issues).

I like the watch. It had 94% of the battery (if the battery was new, I would have rated 5 stars). The charger was included. I like that it is a USB C charger than a USB charger. It does charge faster - about 2 hours to obtain a full charge).

i had two apple series 3 before the S9 for the longest time and this watch was a perfect budget option for a new watch, especially since my S3 was actively hitting the end of its life span. i think it works great and haven’t had any issues with the watch, came with a new charger and was very happy to see that to.

This is my third Apple Watch purchase. The first two watches were purchased new, directly from the Apple store. The only difference I can find between those and this refurbed watch is the lack of the packing container. The watch looks and operates as if brand new. I love it! The included charging disk was not expected, but surely appreciated.

It is great! Works like it should and in great shape.

Great watch. Perfect condition. Works perfectly.

Very happy with this purchase. Keeps a long charge.

I love my refurbished Apple Watch. It looks brand new! My only complaint is that the battery dies too quickly and I have to recharge it after about 12 hours of use.

It is helpful to keep me going after surgery to not get lazy and stay motivated it is actually what I needed

I got it for my son birthday, he completely loves it, hasn't had a issues with it. Can't live with out it lol

In very good condition, no complaints at all. Would do again.

Watch works perfectly. Was hesitant about purchasing a refurb watch but glad I did. Was in excellent shape /no obvious flaws. Happy with purchase.

A really good watch. So glad I came across this. And shipping was fast! Got it within 2 days.
