Disappointed Apple Watch 9 Owner
The watch is ok. Nothing special about it. I have been an Apple Watch owner for several years. I am very disappointed with the battery life. I use my apps all day and I find I have to charge at least once if not twice during the day. I am seriously disappointed and thinking of going to a Fitbit.

great phone and sales/service tech!
Not a lot to say except it and my new iphone are really great, pretty amazing. Still an awful lot to learn. Received great service and help from Drew, as also was the case in past experiences with him at Leesburg store. Thanks!

Great product
Better than any other version I’ve had so far. It works great. Has all the apps and the features I need and I love the feature that lets me know that I have left my phone back at work or in the car. lol

Best Buy provides quality products and service!
Love this watch! Appreciate Associate Rick who is always so helpful, knowledgeable and provides good advice. He is patient with his teaching and directions. I always look for Rick when I come to Best Buy with my phone, watch or related questions.
