Q: does the watch check for afib and diabetes?
A: It can detect some types of afib via its ECG feature, but you need to manually run the ECG in order for it to detect a fib event. The built in heart rate monitor, however, can detect unusually elevated or lowered heart rate - which can be a sign that you should use the ECG. It definitely cannot detect blood sugar levels.

Double-tap is awesome
At face value, the Series 9 feels like just another minor update to the Apple Watch. However, due to a much fast SoC, the whole watch just runs a bit faster and a bit smoother. The standout feature, however, is double tap. Simply tap your thumb and index finger together (on the hand that your watch is on) and you can perform various actions on the watch without having to use your other hand to touch the watch face. It seems like a minor thing, but it's made a difference in the usability of the watch.

Love it + fast shipping
The 41mm size is perfect for my small wrist the 45 looked too bulky. Love the pink color its perfect. Thank you for very fast shipping vs the 4 weeks I was going to wait on the apple site.

Love it
My first time purchasing an Apple Watch. I bought it on sale and it’s good price. I ordered the 41mm and it’s perfect to me, looks great in my opinion. I love it and definitely recommend purchasing it!
