Customer Ratings & Reviews

If you want an upgrade from the regular Apple watch, well, here you have it. Not only that, but it's like a g shock because of how big and girthy it is. Not only that, but it has a lot more features than a regular Apple watch, so many I couldn't list them all, but otherwise, I think this is an excellent watch with a lot of great features.

I recently made the jump from my trusty Apple Watch Series 8 to the new Apple Watch Ultra, and it's been a game-changer. This watch packs an amazing screen and incredible speed. First off, that screen – it's a showstopper. The OLED Retina XDR Pro display is stunning. Colors pop, it's crazy bright, and the blacks are super deep. Whether I'm checking messages or tracking workouts, the Ultra's screen is a visual treat. Speed is another big win. Apps launch super fast, and navigating the watch is smooth as butter. It makes everything quicker and more enjoyable. Health-wise, the Ultra is on point. It's got better heart rate monitoring, ECG, and sleep tracking. Plus, it covers a ton of workouts, so I can keep tabs on my fitness progress. Battery life is solid too. It easily lasts a full day, so I don't have to worry about it dying on me. Design-wise, it's still that sleek, premium Apple look. You can customize it with different cases and bands to fit your style, and it's water-resistant for swimming or unexpected rain. Bottom line, the Apple Watch Ultra is a fantastic upgrade. It's got the screen, speed, and health features to make it worth every penny. If you're thinking about leveling up your smartwatch game, this is the one.

Upgraded from an Apple Watch SE to the Ultra 2, and the difference is obvious right away. The watch feels solid and premium on the wrist, but not heavy or bulky. Touch response is smooth and reliable, even with wet hands, which is something I really appreciate during workouts. Health tracking has been very consistent and accurate for me, including ECG, heart rate, and blood oxygen. I work out regularly, and this watch has helped me plan my routines better and stay more disciplined. The workout tracking, performance, and overall data feel like a big step up from the SE. It feels secure on the wrist, looks great, and the new watch faces are both useful and visually appealing. Compared to my previous watch, this is a major upgrade in performance, features, and design. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

First off, the Watch and UI is amazing, compared to previous generations. The watch itself has amazing build quality and fits nicely on my wrist. The part I dislike, is the cheap strap Apple is calling a watch band. For an $800 watch, Apple surely dropped the ball on the ugly color palette and band design. Personal recommendation, GET THE WATCH. you won’t regret it. As mentioned above, the watch is flawless. Not to mention, battery Life, is unmatched!! However, upon purchase, get yourself a different watch band. The watch is to elegant for Apple to pair it with the UGLY AND UNCOMFORTABLE band options.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Apple Watch Ultra 2, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! One of the highlights of this smartwatch is its sleek and stylish design. The slim profile and the vibrant display make it a pleasure to wear on your wrist. The Apple Watch Ultra 2 offers an impressive array of features that enhance both fitness and productivity. The built-in GPS and heart rate monitor allow for accurate tracking of workouts, while the ECG app provides valuable insights into your heart health. The watch also has a water resistance rating of 50 meters, making it perfect for swimming or other water-based activities. Another standout feature is the seamless integration with other Apple devices. The watch can be used to control your music, receive notifications, and even make calls, all without needing to take out your iPhone. This level of connectivity and convenience is a game-changer for anyone in the Apple ecosystem. Here are a few tips to get the most out of your Apple Watch Ultra 2: 1. Customize your watch face: There are numerous watch face options available, allowing you to personalize your watch to suit your style and needs. 2. Utilize the fitness tracking features: Take advantage of the built-in workout app and set goals for yourself. The watch will keep track of your progress and help you stay motivated. 3. Try out the sleep tracking feature: The Apple Watch Ultra 2 can monitor your sleep patterns and provide insights into your sleep quality. Use this feature to improve your sleep habits and overall well-being. 4. Explore the App Store: The watch has its own App Store, where you can find a wide range of apps specifically designed for the Apple Watch. From productivity tools to health and fitness apps, there's something for everyone. Overall, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is a fantastic smartwatch that combines style, functionality, and seamless integration with Apple devices. It's a great companion for anyone looking to stay connected, track their fitness, and enhance their overall lifestyle.

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is undeniably a powerful and feature-packed smartwatch, showcasing Apple's commitment to innovation in the wearable tech space. However, its impressive capabilities come at a steep price, making it a noteworthy investment that might not be justified for everyone. On the positive side, the Ultra 2 excels in delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience. The interface is smooth, the display is vibrant, and the performance is top-notch. The inclusion of advanced health and fitness tracking features, including an ECG app and fall detection, adds significant value for users who prioritize their well-being. One standout feature, the oxygen sensor, further enhances the device's health monitoring capabilities. Strangely, Apple chose to disable this sensor on watches purchased directly from their official channels, but there's a workaround if you opt to make your purchase from Best Buy. This gives users an opportunity to access a crucial health metric that could be of great importance, particularly for those with specific health concerns. However, the downside of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 becomes apparent when you consider its hefty price tag. While it's true that Apple products often come with a premium, the gap between the cost and the additional features might not be justifiable for everyone. Potential buyers should carefully assess their needs and budget constraints before taking the plunge into the Ultra 2 territory. Moreover, the fact that certain features, like the oxygen sensor, are selectively available based on the purchase channel raises questions about Apple's pricing strategy and the accessibility of essential health features for all users. It's a move that may leave some feeling shortchanged, especially if they miss out on crucial health insights simply because they chose to buy directly from Apple. In conclusion, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is undoubtedly a top-tier smartwatch, offering an impressive array of features and a user-friendly experience. However, its high price point and the selective availability of certain health features may give potential buyers pause. If you prioritize the oxygen sensor and can take advantage of the workaround through Best Buy, the Ultra 2 could be a worthwhile investment. Otherwise, budget-conscious consumers might find other, more affordable options that still deliver a satisfactory smartwatch experience.

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 has been a perfect fit for my active lifestyle. I really like the larger size—it’s bold and easy to read, even during intense activities. The build quality is excellent, designed for sturdier conditions, which is exactly what I need. Whether I’m outdoors or engaged in athletic pursuits, it holds up remarkably well. The only downside is the battery life, which I wish was a bit better. It lasts around two days under normal use, but if you’re heavily using it for workouts and tracking everything, you’ll likely need to charge it daily. While it’s manageable, a bit more battery life would make it even better for active lifestyles.

Given the size of the screen the watch is surprisingly light in weight. With a saphire crystal screen and titanium body what more could you ask for ! A superb operating system with cellular capability with great health monitoring, rounds off what is the Premium Apple Watch.

Coming from a Series 2, I was initially skeptical between the Ultra 2 and the Series 9 (with Steel case & Sapphire glass). I really mostly use my smartwatch for fitness, but upon using the Ultra 2, pleasantly sold on its outstanding battery life. Theres no ‘rush’ to slapping it to the charger since there battery lasts so long, even after heavy use at the gym. And when you do charge it, it quickly recharges within a reasonable time frame (less than an hour). This has led me to finally be able to track my sleeping patterns! This alone won me over to the Ultra 2 side in comparison to the Series 9, or any other smartwatch!

I scored a great deal on this watch, going forward. I’ll have a lot of confidence buying open box items. Item was marked as excellent no scratches dents, and battery life was still at 100%. I was able to score an extent deal even after purchasing AppleCare it still came out cheaper than a brand new watch. I was lucky to get this watch because it was one of the ones sold before January so it still has the pulse oximeter feature enabled. Purchased, or sold after January 2024 has the pulse oximeter feature locked due to proprietary technology with Massimo

The battery life of this watch is outstanding. I went on a 23 mile hike, I had my workout going, backtracking on, and my GPS on while all the sensors were taking my heart rate and blood oxygen. I started my hike with 92% battery and end my hike with 28% battery. I really love this watch including the sturdy yet light build and also the display is way brighter. Coming from apple watch series 3 this watch is better in every single way. I would recommend this product to those who have a very active lifestyle.

I really like the bright and clear screen on the Apple Watch Ultra 2. The battery lasts up to three days, which is very convenient. It has many useful features, and the titanium body doesn’t scratch, so it always looks nice. It’s great for the gym and everyday activities, making it a perfect smartwatch for an active lifestyle. Highly recommend!

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is great watch and I got it for a great price at Best Buy. Watch is very rugged in the display is bright and the band is very comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Love it! battery lasts longer than normal. Much bigger screen and the band is great.

Excellent product. Shipping and process was smooth. Buying from bestbuy is always Best Buy.

Amazing product. I recommend it 100%. I’ve got it for myself and it’s been a good deal.

I’m glad I did the upgrade from the Ultra to the ultra 2. The color black is sharp. And the functionality is a lot smoother the ultra. I do miss the option of the O2 sensor but it’s not a huge loss.

Great watch, not as big as I feared, love the new band, Lots of added functions, Love the Sapphire crystal!

Easy to use. Great battery life. Would make a great gift for someone or yourself.

The perfect Apple Watch. I love the versatility and features. Great for people who live for the outdoors. Very rugged to go in any adventure that you do! I love the secure and durable band as well. Great value!
