Customer Ratings & Reviews

Overall really happy with the purchase, watch is in great condition with no scratches on sapphire crystal and a few very minor scuffs on titanium body. Did not come with the band pictured but a trail loop which is what I would have preferred so it worked out great for me. Only negative is battery health is 89% which is unfortunate but still lasts all day and charges very fast.

This product has a great battery life and overall performance. It is the best watch that I have had for tracking my overall health and sleep. I was a little bit skeptical with this refurbished item, but it came to me in a very great condition. It has lived up to its standards.

First one I received had a depleted battery health at 97%. I exchanged it for another one and the second one I received was perfect. I feel like it was a one off issue. Highly recommend refurbished at Best Buy. You save a ton of money this route.

Great Watch. The battery last me almost to days, and the size makes easier to tap, or view messages.

This purchase I made was great I love it super good condition if I have to recommend 100% I recommend it because it is very useful it has many benefits

Watch is nice and the battery life is 100% which was a concern when buying since it doesn’t mention it. The screen looks new no scratches visible. Best buy should just put random band in the description i picked the orange band and received a Velcro black one. Other than that it looks new ill share of photo of whst I received along with how it was packaged. I only gave it a 4 star just due to the band being a different color.

Great condition, looks brand new but did not come with the original charger

Bought this watch to replace my older model. I read about both the Ultra and Ultra 2 model and decided to buy this one because of the blood oxygen app. As a refurbished item it looked like brand new except for a couple of tiny scratches on the screen. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and service provided by Best Buy and would highly recommend this watch.

Omg i love my watch, IT works really well and for half the price what a steal…

The product was as described on the website. It was a great purchase

I was initially hesitant about purchasing a refurbished Apple Watch, but the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Apple Watch Ultra completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I opened the box, the watch looked almost indistinguishable from a brand-new device. The titanium case was in excellent condition, the display was spotless, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The Apple Watch Ultra continues to be one of the best smartwatches available. The large, bright display is incredibly easy to read outdoors, battery life is outstanding compared to previous Apple Watch models, and the rugged titanium construction gives it a premium feel while remaining lightweight enough for everyday wear. Health and fitness tracking have been extremely accurate. I use it daily for workouts, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, GPS navigation, and notifications, and everything performs smoothly. Calls are clear, apps launch quickly, and the integration with my iPhone is effortless. What impressed me most was the quality of the refurbishment. The watch arrived clean, professionally packaged, and functioning exactly as expected. It delivered the same premium Apple experience while saving a significant amount compared to buying new. Highlights: • Excellent cosmetic condition—looked nearly brand new • Bright, beautiful display with outstanding outdoor visibility • Premium titanium construction • Excellent battery life • Fast performance and seamless iPhone integration • Accurate fitness and health tracking • Outstanding value through Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Things to consider: Since this is a refurbished product, cosmetic condition may vary slightly between units. However, my experience was excellent, and the certification process gave me confidence in the purchase. Overall, this has been one of the best technology purchases I've made. The Apple Watch Ultra remains a premium smartwatch, and purchasing the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished version made it even more worthwhile. If you're considering an Apple Watch Ultra but wan

Larger screen and battery life are fantastic. Performance so far has been great.

Watch works great, It came with a 86% battery health which is above the level they say to expect but will need a battery replacement soon. luckily I have apple care so they will replace the battery once it goes under 80%

I bought this on a whim after my SE Apple Watch died months ago. I didn’t realize how big it is, but, I like bigger watches so I got used to it fairly quickly. I like the fact that it monitors my breathing, heart rate, oxygen levels, etc. The biggest downside is the battery life, I understand that because it does more, it drains the battery faster but having to charge it every 2 days is annoying to say the least. I can go maybe 3 days if I turn the battery saver on. Overall, pretty happy with this purchase and Best Buy makes buying tech so easy.

everything worked fine. No scratches - came without factory box or manual; however, everything is online and plenty of youtube videos

Great product exactly as said. Great battery life watch itself in great condition

Great watch, user friendly, stylist, fashionable, long battery life
