Q: Is a separate cellular line needed or of this watch connect to my current iPhone?
A: You can use it with or without cellular service. Using mine with no cellular service. Functions as regular Apple Watch.

Q: Can I answer call via Bluetooth without a subscription plan?
A: Yes. With the watch paired and within range the watch can answer calls and even make them without adding the cellular plan to the watch. If you add a plan the watch has its own number and doubles as a phone.
A: T mobile have good plans but people work there need more coordination I had bad experience with customer service
